The most outstanding aspect was the helpful attitude of the staff. They take hospitality seriously in China, and the Spring Garden exemplifies this. The handrail on the stairway to the lower level was in serious need of repair. |

The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke very good English. There was a good selection of American and Asian foods for breakfast, and you can order as much as you want for the next day. The hilight was the room. Very cultural, cozy, yet had all the modern amenities. The courtyard made for a very quiet rest. Not very close to a subway station. |

Nice hotel with wonderful atmosphere, kind staff and interesting location, maybe especially for the Western people who are interested in oriental and Chinese living & culture. A calm, quiet but exotic hotel. Price may be a little too expensive for the facility and location. Due to the location, sometimes taxis won't come and we had to drag the baggages through the narrow alley in front of the hotel after checking out. Furnitures are art and nice but too large and not for practical use. The bed squeeks out loud and the curtain at the front door avoids smooth opening/closing of the door. Bath room very small. A little lack of privacy. Although internet is free, the business travellers not used to local style may be frustlated with small inconviniences here and there. A nice cute hotel though, after all. Don't do any work here! |

Would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The staff were really helpful, rooms were nicely decorated. The highlight of the stay was playing Majhong with the manager and making dumplings with the staff. Great fun! The plants in the courtyard could do with a drink. |

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The courtyard and rooms had a great ambience, and learning how to play Mahjong was a highlight! After exploring Beijing, Spring Garden was a fantastic and relaxing place to return to each evening. |

The decor displays a replica of an ancient Chinese dynasty in the bedding area, which complements the visit aftermath to Forbidden City and the Great Wall. The bathing area is embedded with modern material and equipped with contemporary fixtures, making a picky user like me very happy. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast served is excellent. |

In addition to the absolutely amazing ambiance and serenity of the facility, the staff was truely gracious and accommodating. You must remember that Spring Garden takes you back to the dynasty days with hints of our modern day tactfully hidden. It must be stunning in the spring to sit out in the courtyard! Truely a wonderous experience. We will return. |

Csodálatos Környezet. Minden szoba tradicionális Kinai stilusban berendezett. Odafigyelo személyzet. Családia hangulat jellemzi a szállodát. Mindenkinek ajanlom. |
