The hotel staffs are polite. Is comfort but cleaning up the room not very well done. The cafe/restaurant is small. Seats are limited. Food average. Should have few more restaurants or cafe.

The location was great and close to city center. Hotel staff were very helpful and most demands were met asap. There was a strong smell of cigarets in the room, circulating regularly. You could feel that the room was slightly overused.

clean, size of the appartment was good, location is very good for shopping and for other activities in the city like sports. no swimming pool. There was no shower area, only a big bathtub which makes it very difficult for elderly people to climb in.

It is catered to Western people. It's hard to find a reasonably priced hotel in China that is nice. Staff is good and speaks decent English. Still can't compare this to their sister hotel, the Ascott. Charging for an extra cot ($40.00/night). Not offering 4 breakfast coupons for a 4 person suite.

Любезный персонал, месторасположение. Горячая вода течет из крана 15-20 минут, затем идет холодная. Затем нужно подождать минут 30, горячая вода опять появиться. Завтрак не очень! Наполнение старой мебелью в номерах.

Le petit déjeuner est par chambre et non par personne. Booking.com a précisé que c'est durant la pèriode de foire seulement mais en réalité c'est pour tous séjours !

موقع الفندق ممتاز وآمن وهادئ جداً والخدمات ممتازة , كما أن طاقم العمل في الاستقبال يقومون بواجبهم على أفضل مستوى وقادرين على خدمة الزبون في القيام ببعض الاعمال الشخصية مثل عمل حجوزات في الطيران او القطارات وبجمل الكلام يسعون جاهدين في خدمة وارضاء الزبون وتوفير كل ما يحتاجه منهم فلهم مني كل الشكر والتقدير والاحترام .
