I think the residences are a great alternative to a conventional hotel. You get all the conventional services with the addition of a kitchen and washing machine giving you the option of eating in. I found the place a very pleasant place to stay, close to the metro, guangzhou east railway station and plenty of good shopping on the doorstep. Although my stay was very comfortable (I stayed in a studio apartment) the pictures make the residence look more luxurious than it actually is. The buffet breakfast could be better but was ok. |

The location They charged my credit card without any reason and after my mails to booking.com they gave it back. the funny thing is check in time you have to come between 2 pm to 6 pm if you come after this time they have no responsibility!!! with credit card guaranty they hold the room till 9 pm for me. Dont forget the chinese address of hotel because taxi drivers with chinese address can find the hotel very hard also get the chinese address of the other sights of city. |

The only good thing - free can of Coke, Sprite and bottle of water. Worst hotel for last 3 years. Bad english, bad service, no info for tourists (have only one map, which they don't give, staff doesn't know anyting!), cheated with exchange rate, 1 horrable breakfast for 2 staying persons in room (gave us second after complains), cold room. |
