the hotel is very neat and very good design. Also the location is very good. I was charged a 15% tax on top of the price that was quoted from your site...That is not nice, you should offer your prices as final. |

Room and hotel well appointed, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast included was excellent. Charging 15% extra at restaurants and bar. |

My original booking was for 7 days/6nights. I wanted to check out over the weekend and re-check in agin on Mon. I was informed that they cant guarantee a room for me and the new rates will be diff and also insisted on full payment if I checked out. Given the standard and quality of the hotel, this was really unexpected. Internet should be free in the rooms given the room rates charged |

I enjoyed the very nicely done rooms and the service is very good. Suggest to put in more emphasize on food outlets and some music in the lobby cafe. Needs more life. |

This is a great new hotel with spacious full optional rooms. Great lunch buffet. The staff seemed inexperienced and slow at check-in and check-out. (Hotel had been open for 4 weeks). When I wanted to extend my stay, they came up with a rate that was 40% higher! |

Las piscinas y jacuzzis de la zona de spa estaban sucios.Nos cobraron 1 desayuno suplementario cuando en la oferta de booking.com nosotros lo habíamos reservado con el desayuno incluido. La zona está entera en obras. |

Hervorragendes Luxus Hotel, welches keine Wünsche offen hält. Zimmer in einem sehr schönen Design und eine umwerfende Eingangshalle. Einfach TOP! Das um das Hotel zur Zeit noch einige Baustellen sind, aber in Shanghai nicht zu vermeiden derzeit. |
