Beautiful new hotel with nice rooms, restaurant and pool/spa. We recommend the 4 hour bus tours the hotel offers. You get to see the best of Shanghai in a short time in a very small group. |

I always feel myself at the Swisshotel very comfortable and bed in this hotel are too good - is very difficult to wake up :)). Swisshotel is my first preferment also next time when i need to stay to Shanghai. |

It made me feel like I could totally relax, especially after a hectic business trip. That I could not regulate the AC, especially at night. Also, I thought that beverages were a bit pricey. |

Overall very good, solid loacation, close to subway, the spa was very good. The breakfast provides a wide range of selections. There's room for improvement, breakfast was good but to expensive, among other things in the hotel that was vastly overpriced. |

Most of the staff were pleasant and try their best to meet my needs during my stay there.Has a 5-star feel. There is a major shopping mall (jiu guang) which is within walking distance and you can get almost anything there including a large supermarket. Value for money. Waiting for cabs at the hotel took much longer than anticipated since we are at the heart of the city. |

It's location is excellent and the swimming pool / spa are among the best I've seen. Not for business travelers -- poor Internet service I had hotel IT people who came into my room numerous times trying to fix the Internet and email problems to no avail. For about 4 days I could only receive emails but I couldn't send out any. I decided to move to a different hotel on the 5th day. |

It is very close to Jiang'an Temple Metro Station, very easy to access from both 2 airports. Rooms are very good designed. |

the hotel is very neat and very good design. Also the location is very good. I was charged a 15% tax on top of the price that was quoted from your site...That is not nice, you should offer your prices as final. |

My original booking was for 7 days/6nights. I wanted to check out over the weekend and re-check in agin on Mon. I was informed that they cant guarantee a room for me and the new rates will be diff and also insisted on full payment if I checked out. Given the standard and quality of the hotel, this was really unexpected. Internet should be free in the rooms given the room rates charged |

I enjoyed the very nicely done rooms and the service is very good. Suggest to put in more emphasize on food outlets and some music in the lobby cafe. Needs more life. |

La habitación es muy cómoda y espaciosa. La ubicación también está bien. Lo que considero que no es aceptable en un hotel de 5 estrellas es el bajísimo nivel de inglés del personal. Por otro lado, nos hicieron una promoción especial en la que nos regalaban 1 desayuno x día por lo que teníamos que pagar el otro a 15€ y, sinceramente, el buffet no lo valía para nada. |
