Rooms very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic Chinese restaurant, food was of high quality. Due to location long waiting times for taxis but when public transport is no problem the underground is 25 meter away from hotel entrance. |

convenient location directly at the MRT station - staff is friendly and the hotel is good value for money, rooms are clean and comfortable, fitness center is good as well probably need some touch up (sometimes soon) for a five star hotel (it is already a bit old) |

The hotel is good 5 stars,but bath is small,room is very nice and has a good city view The Hamburger in the cofee house was not good,that is why i was there only one time,also the smell of cooking in the lobby is good for a 2 stars hotel,please stop this crime,i know it is a normal in Beijing that the terrible smell of food in the streets but such hotel should have never something like that. |

Staff were very good. English spoken quite well. Service excellent. Subway located at hotel is a big benefit. Tempreture far too warm A/C turned off for the fall. Needs to go back on. |

Cleanliness Same problem as when I was there a weekend ago, room I requested and which they confirmed was not available. Took a while to check in after I told the front desk that the same thing happened the previous week. No wifi available in rooms & the restaurant on ground floor. |

This hotel was conveniently located to many of Beijing's tourist attractions. It was located right in front of Beijing's subway/underground railroad system, thus traveling within the city was convenient. This is not a hotel for those that need complete silence at night, as it's location is next to one of the few busier roads in Beijing. For those that are not familiar with Chinese traffic, it's almost second nature for drivers to abuse the horn. |

Cleanliness of the room My booking was supposed to be for a double bed for 2 persons and knowing I would arrive to check in late around 10pm, I rang to ensure that the room would be ready for me and the guy at the desk front assured me it would be. However when I arrived, I was told there are only twin-bed rooms left, even when I said I had rang earlier and was assured of it. Then the lady at the front desk started to ask me questions of where I made my reservation and where the 2nd person was so as to refute what was confirmed to me. I was furious! I was paying the rate for 2persons, not 1! So why should it matter? It is the most insensitive hotel staff I've met!. finally,was put on the 13th floor where the lift lobby stank.No wifi in rooms. |

The services of the staff were very good. The location is very convenient. The price was very good too. It has everything I needed: post office, ATM, restaurants in the hotel. The building is quite old but maintained well. They charge RMB95 per day for internet. |

The city centre location, the friendly and helpful staff along with the excelent health club and swimming pool. The prices of some items were quite high, such as a cup of coffee at 46RMB and the internet at 3RMB per minute! |

good value for money, room size average, bathroom rather small bur ok very difficult to get a taxi - and you have to push the staff to get you one from the street (car entrance to the hotel is from the backside) |
