the picture i see on the web of the room is totaly difrent from the room i get , the air conditioner is not working properly. |

The room is nicely furbish and clean. Good air-con which was cool enough, the other hotel i stayed wasn;t so. Location. a tat too far from the shopping area, located in area selling hardware and tools. |

The location was alright. walking distance to Nanjing walking street and to the train service. 10 mins walk, you can also walk to the bund. Can be quite quiet and dark at night if you are walking back from the train station back to the hotel.View from the hotel was superb. Was able to see the tower and fireworks from room, happening every sat's night. The bed is hard as rock. Not one which you would want to jump onto after a tiring day. |

It is just 10 to 15 minutes walk from The Bund and Nanjing Road, so easy access to two major tourist spots. |

the location was good however the area surrounding the hotel a little seedy.the staff tried to help as much as possible even though this is not an american hotel!the room was very hot and dry and sometimes limited hot water hot dry room |

Location They double charged me internet fee, and told it was for different dates although the invoice showed the same date and different times. I had to pay, or miss my flight due to a never ending discussion with the front desk staff :( ........ |

The views overlooking the city, including the Pudong highrise buildings. A quiet location aswell. The hard beds!! Also, no sugar or milk provided in rooms, although filter coffee was. |

The room. The view was perfect The quality of the pillows. There was laso no information about the hotel facilities in the room. To find our about the opening hours of the inhouse restaurnts we were forced to call the front desk. |
