The Bund Riverside Hotel

Le calme dans l'hotel. La propreté des chambres.La salle de bain luxueuse.

Un peu déçu par la vue promise. Je ne pense pas avoir bénéficier du meilleur positionnement, c'est dommage. Je recommande de dormir côté Pudong, c'est ouf la nuit.

C'est un hotel tres bien situé avec un très bon rapport qualité prix par rapport a la prsetation et a sa situation géographique. Il est tres bien situé dans Shanghai et les lieux principaux sont accessibles a pied facilement. La vue des chambres avec vue sur Pudong est impressionnante et demeure un superbe souvenir.

Sa situation est parfaite pour circuler dans le centre de la ville( deux pas de nanjing raod) ,et la vue des chambres sur le bund est tres sympa

Le petit dejeuner est nul et le personnel du restaurant ne comprend pas l'anglais domage

The room was very spacious, considering we had a budget room. More than enough comfort in the room, and well presented.

The shower was luke warm in the morning, the slippers were blatantly reused, there were no internet services available after 10 pm. Needs to be internet service available.

Friendly staff ready to help with transporation, places to go. Efficient room cleaning. The hotel has good location both for business and shopping.

I booked a superior room located at the eighth or the seventeenth floor, while it was assigned to me a room at 12 floor with furniture identical to the budget ones of the same hotel; I tried to explain it but the receptionist didn't understand.

"cheap" feeling for a 4-star hotel! Any "luxeries" you would expect with a hotel this category needs to be paid extra!

Breakfast was good but as we hadn't booked breakfast in advance was quite expensive, although the views from the rstaurant are worth it. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with separate shower and bath. Very good location

Beware when booking in advance as you need to ensure when you check in that the price you booked at is the price they are going to charge you. In fact make sure they see the printout from booking.com and that they sign it. If we didn't have the printout with us at check out they would have charged us nearly double (at the standard room rate) instead of the discounted rate we got with booking.com but because we had the printout they were very fair and we paid the agreed price. They also don't take any paper currency that has been written on as our british casiers like to do when counting the money. This proved to be an issue with us as well.

the construction around, the poor concierge, the bad view, the breakfast, pretty much nothing was good about it

the picture i see on the web of the room is totaly difrent from the room i get , the air conditioner is not working properly.

The location was alright. walking distance to Nanjing walking street and to the train service. 10 mins walk, you can also walk to the bund. Can be quite quiet and dark at night if you are walking back from the train station back to the hotel.View from the hotel was superb. Was able to see the tower and fireworks from room, happening every sat's night.

The bed is hard as rock. Not one which you would want to jump onto after a tiring day.

It is just 10 to 15 minutes walk from The Bund and Nanjing Road, so easy access to two major tourist spots.

the location was good however the area surrounding the hotel a little seedy.the staff tried to help as much as possible even though this is not an american hotel!the room was very hot and dry and sometimes limited hot water
