Location is excellent

Breakfast was nothing special.

Perhaps the only thing I have to mention here, I was not too far away from everything I had to do in Beijing, but people do not speak English and they cost too much to communicate with people who are not chinese!

Fatal. My experience has been fatal in the Hotel Tiana Rega. Nobody speaks English even in reception, everything is a mess. Many problems with the keys to opening the doors of the rooms. Then they wanted to charge me extra credit card. I will definitely never again in this hotel. I did not like the experience and of course I will not repeat. Disastrous!

Good location squeezed in between metro, forbidden city and big shopping street. Root top terrace overlooking forbidden city.

Some of the staff at the reception should update their english language skills. Wifi could be faster and more reliable.

Best location in Beijing. THe hotel is close to Wangfujing and Tiananmen East subway stops. Hotel is within walking distance to Wangfujing, food market, forbidden city, national museum, tiananmen square. A few stops from the lama temple and temple of heaven. Wifi in the room and lobby, excellent connection. Room service, food was OK but sufficient.

My small room and small bathroom. I heard they may have bigger rooms but since I only paid $63/night, taxes and fees included, it was not so bad.

Excellent Location for those Who plan to watch the morning flag raising ceremony. Upgrade us to a room with jacuzzi.

They turn off the air conditioning about 1 am everynight and turn on again only about 11 am in the morning.

Room: It was so dark you couldn't tell if it was day or night outside, and lighting was dim. Poor room service. I would not stay here again.

The room have Window with view on the wall of the near room. Receptionist speak english but not understand you and your needs

Location is fantastic; Square of heavenly Peace, Forbidden City, Shopping, Dining, Massages all in walking distance. Can recommend eating Peking Duck at Wangfuying Road amazing!!!

Not all Staff speaks (fluent) English which makes it hard to express your wishes/ questions. All rooms smell of smoke although we were on a `non-smoking` floor. The roof terrace is nothing like its described. The local 24hrs shops across the street will try and make a complete fool out of you when it comes to buying something to drink/ eat. As an example in the small supermarkets at/ around Wangfuying you can easily buy several bottles to drink and some snacks for a total of 28CNY, at the local stores they try to screw you and ask 40 to 50 for 3 bottles to drink and a snickers.... Don`t argue with them, just leave the store.

Excellent location. The room was big and comfortable. The bar on the roof has a great view down the city.

The breakfasts were poor with a scanty choice of western food.

Excellent and friendly staff, did much more than asked of them. I left my phone in the reception toilet and they posted it to me in Shanghai! Flawless service. Big thanks to Joshua and Hellen.

Great location.

I booked a Business Double room (with view) and was allocated a windowless Standard Queen room. Several times I tried to point out the error (the hotels or booking.coms) but language difficulties prevented any change. Not happy!

Stayed for 1 night then 2 weeks later for 4 nights. While checking out they tried to charge for water I had not used during my first stay. Then when I got home and got my visa bill they had charged me an extra £5 for something, on top of the bill I had signed for. The breakfast was very poor, and they advertised currency exchange but had no currency on the two occasions I tried to change some

It is in an ideal location as it is walking distance to Wangfujing

The room smells of cigarettes even though we have requested for a non-smoking room and in fact it is on a non-smoking floor. The room is stuffy as the aircon/heating system do not appear to be working. And we can hear people talking on the corridors, upstairs on another floor as we have to have the window open due to the stuffy room.

- Very nice and clean room, although my bed was smaller than other rooms that I saw (but still large). - Great location, 5 minutes walking to Tianamen place and 2 minutes to the subway. - Huge bathroom and great shower, but missing hair-dryer.

- Wi-fi connexion very poor in my room

The location of the hotel was excellent. We stayed six days and were very comfortable. The room was excellent, not much noise from other rooms. We had breakfast one morning here - it was okay but not great, a mix of western and Chinese.
