I love the quirkiness of design/boutique hotels and urbn didn't dissappoint. My room had a normal separate hotel shower and toilet, but had a great sunken lounge with desk at the end of the bed and bathtub next to bed. Conventional hotel design would say that wouldn't work, but I thought it was brilliant. I also dined in the restaturant and the food was really good and service was great. I also like the way the hotel has used recycled material from the demolished old cantonements. Shanghai would be a nicer city if so much of it was not demolisahed but that's another story!! There was only one outlet open on my one night stay and perhaps this could have been reflected in the room rate. The point of staying in small boutique hotels and paying a higher than market rate, is their often better and more popular social areas. Having them closed because 'it is only open in the summer' does not go down well.

Nice design, good location, good food. A bit overpriced, the guy at reception didnt seem to have very good local knowledge, could offer any help with a city tour.

L'accueil est très sympathique. L'emplacement est dans un quartier agréable et est très bien et tranquille. La chambre est d'un design remarquable, mais un peu compliquée à utiliser (traverser un canapé pour accéder au coin living, la deuxième personne doit grimper par dessus le lit pour arriver à son coté etc. Le lit est confortable, le wifi fonctionne bien. La cuisine du restaurant est internationale, mais sans classe particulière. D'autant plus, qu'à Shanghai on trouve d'excellents restos à des prix raisonnables avec des plats savoureux. Le bar a un bon choix de boissons.

Hotel très bien situé à Shanghai. Hotel très calme, reposant en plein centre.Le personnel est très accueillant. Endroit où l'on se sent bien. Inconvénient : Il n'y a pas de chaine tv française. Attention aux nombreuses marches qui séparent le lit du salon et de la sdb.

Die Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmittelns sowie die Lage in einem relativ begrünten Viertel der Stadt. Das Hotel ist ausserordentlich erfrischend und anmutend eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war top. Personal ausserordentlich bemüht. Preise ok.

mooi, stijlvol en kleinschalig hotel met erg mooie rustige binnentuin. Ruime kamers. Prima plek ook om te lunchen of diner met goede uitgebreide wijnkaart. een paar details: de muziekkeuze in de binnentuin (zondagochtend house-muziek..), de bars boven die alleen in het weekend open zijn, ontbijtkeuze is wat beperkt en brood is vrij matig, er is alleen een lift voor gasten, geen trap, maar het zijn kleine details, overall prima hotel.

酒店地段一流，设计很不错，服务很到位．尤其推荐一楼的餐厅，素食非常美味．酒店适合不爱喧闹，想静一下思- 考的都市人．有机会还会入住，虽然价格不便宜 建议房间旧电影碟片换成音乐会更适合酒店氛围
