The location is excellent. The breakfast offered has a reasonably good range. The rooms are clean but need renovation. The bathroom fittings were not of good quality. We were accused of breaking the basin which had a crack. The weighing scale was broken and the bathroom door lock was defective. |

Nice location at Wangfujing shopping street. Ok hotel, but not any glamour. Felt like a nice hotel from the 80s Breakfast was not upto expectations and pool/gym area was not really nice. |

the beds where not comrotable at all, for a 5 star hotel i was expecting better beds. i had a driver arranged for tours and they didn;t even have an eglish speaking driver so was very difficult trying to explain things. |

Accesible poor quality of the rooms, smoke smell everywhere. this is not a 5 star hotel. I stayed in 4 star Hotel in Shenzhen which was much better and much cheaper than this. |

The breakfast was great. Staff were excellent and check in was easy. The hotel was within easy access to the Wangfujing Street Market area, the Forbidden City and easy access (10 min. walk) to the subway to reach the Pearl Market, Silk Market or anywhere else. The room was dingy, the rug needed replacing and the bathroom had mildew. The room also was very damp and smelled like sewer gas. Yes but with some qualifications, if you don't mind the rugs and smell, then it is acceptable, however not for the price that I paid, although I know that the price was for the Olympics. |

Location. Very bad service. The front desk did not provide their so-called 5-star service. They tried to mark up the daily rate and additional bed rate by saying that this is during the OIympics' period. At last we negotiated and they finally sticked with our reservation rates but did not provide us the daily breakfast as we reserved originally. |

Sijainti oli hyvä ja taksit löysivät hotellin helposti. En suosittelisi hotellia. Olen matkustanut paljon Pekingiin ja tämä hotelli oli yksi huonoimmista. Ruoka oli erityisen huonolaatuista, jopa pilaantunutta! Henkilökunta oli avulias. Hinta-laatusuhde oli todella heikkoa. |
