We booked 2 deluuxe rooms but were upgraded to family suite, without us requesting for it. The suite was excellent and suited our needs. Now that is what I call excellent service. Thank you. |

Breakfast is good. The amenities in the room are OK. The housekeeper is helpful. The executive floor is good. Most of the hotel personels could not speak English. There was smoking smell in the room even though we requested for the non-smoking room. The air condition did not work on the first night. However, it was fixed on the following day after I told the housekeeper. There was no battery in the remote control. The TV did not work too. However, these were fixed on the later day when we told the housekeeper. |

The staff's curtesy, gentleness and warmth, also their efficiency to answer our needs. We found the Air conditioning system to be inefficient and not up to the standards expected. Being there in October, with cooler weather, made is bearable. |

The location of the hotel, the breakfasts, the happy hour Hotel employees (other than concierge) should learn to be more welcoming and friendly. Overaggressive waitresses in the lobby area. Trying to add on charges for use of bubblebath in an executive room! |

The fact that it's not a standard International hotel.Love the fact that it is still so Chinese and still has a lot of comfort like Computers and WiFi (not free) The photos on the website of the rooms with City view, are very strongly manipulated. No room has a close view of Forbidden City like the photos, since Forbidden city is too far away. One can see it, but it's not easy; I was disappointed about that. This is unacceptable to me, but in a way very Chinese too. |

The staff were wonderful. I stayed at the hotel with my two daughters, aged 10 and 2. My toddler is an extemely demanding and active individual and the staff could not do enough to help. We ate at the restaurant one evening and the service was outstanding. The staff really do make this hotel, totally excellent service. Highly recommended! Can not fault anything about this hotel. |

The location is excellent. The breakfast offered has a reasonably good range. The rooms are clean but need renovation. The bathroom fittings were not of good quality. We were accused of breaking the basin which had a crack. The weighing scale was broken and the bathroom door lock was defective. |

Nice location at Wangfujing shopping street. Ok hotel, but not any glamour. Felt like a nice hotel from the 80s Breakfast was not upto expectations and pool/gym area was not really nice. |
