(1) Location, it is only 5 minutes walking to the Railway station to Guangzhou and Shenzhen MRT (2) For the price I paid (USD 40 per room), I thought it should be another 40% cheaper.

(1) Room is big but very empty, no cosy feel. (2) Bed is very hard. (3) This hotel is sharing with other offices in one building, so too many people waiting for the lifts. (4) Definitely not suitable for family, (5) My room is at level 21, so no view at all. (6) No facilities at all, not even restaurant. (But there are a lot of restaurant outside the hotel).(7) It is definitely not a 4 stars hotel but do not understand why Booking.com allow them to label as a 4 stars hotel, I think it should be a 1 star.

Very good location, 500 meters from Luohu Metro Station and 1 km from Luohu/Lowu Port. Very spacious rooms, even bigger than needed. Friendly and helpful staff, speaking English well. There are many restaurants around and other places to spend time. Ktv is exactly in the hotel.

Small toilet/bathroom, old furnished and it seems there was no renovation since hotel was built. There is no restaurant in this hotel.

Good location 2min from the train station. Reasonable price, room was very spacious with nit bad view of downtown. If you want to stay near the train station/HK border with good price then head to Prince Inn, cheers

Good location, near mrt, railway station, bus station., shopping and eateries. Good for those who want to make day trip to HK, and surrounding town in shenzhen and Guangdong.

For this price what can you say. It would be much better if there improve on the cleanliness of rooms and toilet. The sales rep at the entrance can get you a much cheaper rate from the internet rate at the same hotels.

This hotel is popular for one night sleep with prostitutes. Never saw so many pimps and hookers at entrance offering "massage service"

I have read the review of the hotel, but after 2 or 3 I decided to give it a try, because its near the station and I wanted some nice vista. We stayed on 35th floor - the view was great, I never had a room this big (100m2) in my life. Rooms were clean, internet working, checking in easy (regarding its china). What people are complaining about is like a normal standard - hard beds (had them everywhere I was, I prefere them), lots of people in the elevator (its a big building), people offering you stuff in front of hotel (you just say no twice and they stop), paid cosmetics (only some like razor etc - shampoo, soap, towels, toilet paper were for free). And all this for 12.50 euro a person. And they had no problem storing for us 7 big pieces of luggage.

Budget hotel just 200 meters from LuoHu train station. It's very convenient if next point of the trip is Hongkong. Not far from Donmeng market and other shopping mall.

Quality of Prince hotel is respond to the price. So if you suggest to have 4* service is better to stay at nearest Century Plaza hotel. There are 2 kind of visitors of this hotel. First is Chinese people from province arrivied to Shenzhen for short time. The second - local citizens and foreigners who suggest to get love for money at the place where nobody asking a questions.

We had a nice big room on 32th floor with amasinh view. Enought clean.

The best was definitely the view from the 33th floor of our room. I also liked the size of the room.

I was disappointed to not have a minibar in a room like the honeymoon suite. The room was basic, but had a great feeling somehow. Would be nice if there was more water pressure in the bathroom too.

Too many touts outside building causing guests to have a bad image

Excellent location. Staff understanding of English not too good( but no different from general experience in other places )and they Tried very hard to please. Really nice and big room with excellent views of Shenzhen city. Would stay again and strongly reccomend to others.

room was very big with all amenities very good location near lohu border price was very reasonable.However language is a problem they even charged for the 1 bottle of water supplied which is complimentary in all star hotels

понравилось жить на 33 этаже с витражными окнами в разные стороны и очень большой номер.

сначала поселили на 32 этаж в комнату с двумя кроватями и диваном, заказывал 1 кровать. Были проблемы в санузле и предложили мне заселиться на 33 этаж , это хорошо, но я столкнулся с холодным номером, в котором был плохой воздух и прежний постоялец много курил в номере. Я не курю и потому было не приятно. Попросив другой номер , мне отказали и мне пришлось открывать окно для проветривания и так холодную комнату в которой не работал кондиционер на обогрев. пришлось жить там не 5 а 1 ночь и съезжать. Расположение отличное, 3 минуты ходьбы от метро и вокзала. Рядом аллея с множеством ресторанов и магазинов. в отеле чисто и очень красиво. Престижное место.
