Wushanyi International Youth Hostel    

Located seconds away from a major street shopping area.where you can buy lots of things, and theer are so many street restaurants there. The rooms are very clean The staff are perfect! They were very helpful TV and air conditioners in the room

It is hard finding a taxi that knows the area No elevators Wifi only at the lobby. But there is cable internet in the rooms No soap at the washrooms Shared washrooms but it was OK by me

Good location - just 20 minutes walking from Hangzhou Railway Station, in the historical centre of the town. Located near the shopping street and Wushan Square. A nice 15-minutes walk to the West Lake. English-speaking stuff is so important in China! Very helpful and friendly. Price is excellent for the location, clean rooms and free WI-FI and computers in the lobby. A very good choice for a couple of nights.

No lift. Only 2 towers inside the toilet, no other toiletries. Simple room that is not worth the price paid.

Excellent location. Located on a street next to a popular Hefang Walking Street. No problem shopping for local souvenirs and eating local food. McDonalds is less than 100m away. Very near to bus stops. Travel between airport and this hotel can be done via public bus, thus very economical.

Hotel is a little hard to find without map. Need to ask for direction from locals. No soap and shampoo provided. But not really a problem for us since we are well informed and prepared in advance.

Difficult to get taxi. If you're going back to the airport / railway station, give yourself plenty of time.

The location is very good! It is located right inside the old village which is another tourist hotspot and a lot of good, traditional Hangzhou food with varying price range around. The staffs are very friendly and the room is clean. It is around 15 mins walk to Xi Hu. I will definitely stay here again if I go Hangzhou again! My parents like it very much too.

Maybe it will be better if soup and shampoo are provided and that hairdryer is available in family rooms. However, given the price in such good location, it is still fair for us to bring our own soup and shampoo and to obtain the hairdryer from the counter and return after use. Just very small point for improvement - the hotel is good and I will definitely stay there again!

Good location, close to the West Lake and touristic spots. Nice and polite staff, free internet usage, cosy lounge. In general - I highly recommend for the price.

Some staff members could speak a better English. When calling another hostel (in another destination) to arrange a booking I had to pay for the phone call.

丁度市内の中心で立地も良く、設備も整っていてきれいでした。またスタッフの方も親切で、英語も通じました- 。帰りの列車が夜２時頃だったのですが、それを伝えたところ、チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってくれ、さら- に列車の時刻までホステル内で休ませてくれました。とても満足してます。 This hostel is in city center ,so convenience, so clean .And staff were also kind.I was so satisfited with this hostel :-D

Great location in old Hangzhou section 2 min from Drum Tower. Friendly, helpful English speaking staff. Clean, comfortable rooms, hot shower (I stayed in a private room). I would definitely stay here again.

I feel satisfied with both the service and also the accommodation! The Staff are very nice and helpful! Besides, I love the design of the hotel too! It gives me comfortable and home's feeling which surprised me when I first entered in! Indeed, it matches with why the website mentioned about the room. Not too small but clean enough.. A small room which suited for both couples or packing travelers! All to all, I am pleased to recommend this hotel to my friends and all interested visitors! The good location and service will make your journey a better one:)

The toilet in room too small and easy to get flooding if open too large for the water supplying !

the hostel didn't inform me that they were still in construction and put me in a full-men bedroom instead of a women one as I asked.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of some great, beautifuly restored shopping streets and close to the lake. The staff was absolutely lovely, their English was very good and they were very helpful and always in a good mood. Good food and nice atmosphere in nearby sisterhostel.

The shower was realy good, but the hot water didn't last very long, and it wasn't 24/7. They said they had some problems with the water, so hopefuly they will fix that soon. Besides that, defenitely recommended!

Nice and clean, great postion to visit the city and the lake, People at the desk is very helpful and frendly, moreover they all speak English.

The staff are great and friendly esp. 2 ladies we met,they could speak english fluently and gave us tips to go anywhere we'd like (and in a cheaper way even we didn't ask for that) their name Shang and Nita. orhers were friendly to and have a lesser ability in English. The room was clean,didn't provide toiletrie, at located at the famous pedestrian street zhong lu,near hefang jie (anywhere you go,just ask taxi to go hefang jie,and find your way to this hotel). and nearby, about 20m at the right side of the crosssection of hefang-zhongsanzhonglu..you'll find great snack&street foods,mostly local foods..they're good for us,asian foods preffered

None.comparing price and their service+quality. but don't expect a luxury common 3stars hotel..it's a hostel,with great locations and english speaking staffs whi could help you.
