Upgraded to executive floor. A very comfortable hotel.

No air conditioning for first 24 hours. Four different staff members approached before problem corrected. I do appreciate the language problems.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Well located near to Central Railway station. It is obvious that the hotel are trying to be the best they can be. Great bathroom and decor.

Breakfast not included in the rate. Only lan internet in the bedroom, no wifi. The lan internet was fine though. The Aircon in our did not work properly. We paid the front desk rmb 150 for a taxi to the airport as they organise taxi's for you. When we got to the airport the taxi driver wanted another rmb 150 from us. We explained to him that we had paid the hotel already and showed him our receipt. He did not believe us, got ugly and called a nearby policeman. Anyway the policeman was not interested in his story and we called the hotel from our mobile to sort it out. What a mess. Anyway they spoke to him and it got sorted. It would be better in future if the hotel concierge staff and the taxi drivers communicated better about how payment would be sorted between them so that guests don't have to explain themselves to policemen at an airport in future.

Location - Directly opposite main train station and close to Terracotta Warrior Tourist buses. Huge, clean rooms. Excellent value for money

Very professional approach of the staff, very helpful. Rooms spacious and greatly decorated, comfortable and clean. Our stay was short - only one night, but we were very satisfied with the hotel and staff.

Well, there isn't a hotel in China that is famous to have the staff fluent in English, but only the front desk reception staff was barely able to understand what I was saying.

Difficult to regulate the room temperature.

Room large and comfortable. Good location for public transportation, but streets are crowded and chaotic.

"International" for this hotel is a bit of a stretch. Staff speak poor English and understand even less. Good service to them means merely smiling and saying hello. Don't ask them to arrange any trip or buy any tickets for you; they charge an exorbitant amount of fees. I mistakenly asked them to buy two round trip tickets for me and wound up paying twice the amount of ticket price in "fees". And watch out for pick pockets right outside the hotel. My wallet was stolen and the trouble I had to go through to cancel all my credit cards was enormous. The Western style breakfast is poor, with the rolls being particularly disappointing. There's a variety but they're all virtually the same-- soft and bread like. There are no sweet rolls or crunchy rolls--a distinct lack given the number of European tourists in the hotel.

by far this was the best value since I Have been in China. this is a very beautiful hotel and humanities are excellent.

Bell man who spoke very well English was very helpful, exceptional service! I congratulate them.

Reception staff were not as helpful as one expects. They guided me to the wrong lift to my room. They also agreed to book me a taxi for my departure but in the check out morning they said they would ask the bell man to find me one right then. The rooms smelled, Cig smoke filled the corridors around my room which was non-smoking. The food in the resturant was not 4 star level; I would give it 2 stars.

As mentioned, Wifi is only available in the lobby ... unfortunately, it is not saying that the speed is extremely slow. The hotel is huge and massive, having hundreds of guests everyday so why only the reception staff speak english? This hotel is international only in its name.

A very nice hotel. Big, comfortable room. Good breakfast and room service. Close to railway station, airport buses and buses to the terracotta warriors.

Nice and clean Hotel, just in front of the main rail station.

Staff was not able to find our reservation and we had to argue a little in order to have our room.

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la gare et des navettes pour aller visiter le site de l'armée de Terre Cuite, le personnel de l'hotel est très compétent, parle bien Anglais. Excellent petit déjeuner, très varié. Un peu loin du "centre ville" mais les taxis sont très peu chers et pour 20 yuans (environ 3€) vous conduisent en ville ....

Rapport qualité/prix très bon (en mars).Luxe assuré pour un tarif correct. Situé à 2 pas de la gare des bus et des trains, à la limite de la ville fortifiée
