- Convenient with retails and minimarts next by. Room cleanliness, Staff Hospitality and Good Assistance with English speaking skill for some staff at front desk. Too far from the metro station. No hotel car service for guest. They should have tour package services or link with city tour offers and services. |

Great location, close to everithing you need in Guangzhou. Free internet never existed via cable or wifi. Beds are a pair of stones. I woke up and had a redness in my leg and back because of the stiffness of the matress. I wont be going to this hotel again. |

The hotel staff were very helpful - I just wish more of them were able to speak English. The 7 Eleven store in the hotel premises was hugely useful. Free internet was great - though they should upgrade their broadband speeds. Drainage and ventilation of the hotel needs drastic improvement - the elevators and corridors would perpetually smell of food been cooked in the restaurants. The room toilets were always smelly despite being cleaned. Mattresses on the beds were not very comfortable. |

Hotelpersoneel was heel betrokken met de wensen van ons als klant, en konden alle vragen beantwoorden die we stelden. Onze wens was om met 2 ouders en een ouder kind op 1 slaapkamer te verblijven, en de kamer die we toegewezen kregen was verbluffend groot. 3 aparte kingsize bedden. Er is geen ontbijt te verkrijgen in het hotel. Wel zijn er restaurants in het hotel . |
