It's near the Tianhe Park and the exhibition centre of Paizhou. The hotel do not have facilities of swimming pool and gymnasium. |

The overall layout and decoration of the hotel offer a luxury and grand feeling. As a 4 or 5 stars hotel, I strongly believed that staffs' services are very important. Examples of services are greeting guest with a good smiling face, must know and also recommend guest about the amenities available around the hotel ( shopping malls, restaurant, etc ). However, I have never seen such happenings. |

Staff are very helpful. There was no wifi available room as indicated in your website.The beds are to hard..had a tough time to sleep. |

Il ne correspond pas du tout à un hotel 5*; de plus en comparaison aux hotels de la meme ville, à tarif égal, les prestations ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur Pas de buffet avec nourriture européenne comme les hotels 5* de la ville; pas de piscine; pas de spa ; pas de salle de sport ; seulement une chaine tv en anglais; petit dejeuner équivalent à un 2* ; |

Geen internationaal hotel echt Chinees ( Kitcherig ingericht ) ook het ontbijt,leuk voor een nachtje in de vakantie maar niet voor zakenmensen.Het is dat alle andere hotels vol zaten en ik niet anders kon krijgen. Geen internationaal ontbijt. |

el restaurante europeo, con horario europeo, que nos ayudó a alternar comida china y europea. La habitación y la cama son espectaculares, aunque sobren dorados. Mucha gente en recepción y nadie habla inglés. Menos mal que un botones lo chapurreaba.(Esto quita categoría al hotel). Aislado de las zonas turísticas y ojo!!: está mal la ubicación que marca booking. |
