The Royal is a covenient location for the canton Fair, only 15 minutes by taxi or coplimentary bus. No leisure or relaxing facililties.

the carpet in room is dirty, I couldn't walk without shoe until I go to bed.pillow cover was torn and not so clean. Shower could not locked in proper postion that cause terribly while take a bath. there are many ugly chinese guys smoking in lobby even at front desk.

Esta muy cerca de canton fair, solo a 3 o 4 minutos en taxi. El hotel es comodo y si pides habitation al parque que esta en frente la vista es muy BuENA

De vriendelijkheid en bereidwilligheid tot helpen van het meeste hotelpersoneel. Het was voor mij de tweede keer dat ik er kwam en kom er zeker nog terug. De meisjes aan de balie waren wel zeer vriendelijk, dit was geen probleem maar de directie moet er beter rekening mee houden dat het balie personeel toch wat beter de Engelse taal kent. Dit taalprobleem aan de balie is toch een sterk minpunt waar aan gewerkt moet worden. Verder heb ik zeker niets aan te merken, uitstekende service en vriendelijkheid.
