Staff was able to communicate in English fairly, removin language barrier.

One way shuttle to shopping mall. I had to wait more than two hours to get a taxi and ended up taking the motor bike taxi to the hotel

Service of staf is verry professional. Special of the Indian chef is a great host during the evening buffet. The buffet was a fantastic expierience.

Every thing very clean and well presented , staff Mostly very helpful/ friendly ... Almost a little to much on occasions.

Restaurants very over priced , which if your staying there for a few days .. It can get a bit costly !! The courtesy bus to the canton fair not very well organised. Over crowded and need to que 30 mins No courtesy bus from the train station which for such a standard of hotel Is a surprise !

From view of a hotel guest a would say, that this hotel is very professionally managed, where 5 star rating is correct. Every hotel employee in duty put a lot of effort to make you feel as welcomed guest, even not everyone isn´t fluent in English language.

Just minor problem in not refilling the soap and lotion in your bathroom. no night bar, no hotel shop.

It`s far away from the city ,too far

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in China, and its not expsensive (yet). It's got a great outside area for having a coffee and simply relaxing after a long day. There is even an outside pool, not a dingy inside one like so many other hotels. Staff are great and teg hotel food selection is very Western. GREAT.

Wth a hotel like this I'd be surprised if the prices stay so low.

Luxury near the airport

There was really nothing I didn't like about this hotel, it was a real pleasure, plus it was like an absolute haven after the immense pressure that is upon one travelling throughout China, it's not a country that is very easy to negotiate at all! The language barrier is immense., So was very relieved to be able to coomunicate to the staff in English.

Poor cooking

no one at the airport know what are crowne plaza ,no sign to the bus stop for the shuttle bus , very difficult to arrive from the airport

I liked the neat, clean and modernized facility. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant and breakfast.

Little far from the down town and have no massage centre

Perfectly located at 15 minutes from the airport, staff friendly, rooms perfect size and clean. Buffet although not cheap plenty of choice

Not exactly the fault of the hotel but there is a need to use the shuttle bus as the local taxi drivers are very unfriendly about travelling such a short distance. Shttle bus times and pickup location should be better published by the hotel

Really kind staff, confortable and elegant atmosfere

The person working in the business center had a really poor english, we took almost one hour to book a flight ticket

Molto lontano dal centro

в отеле все супер. весь персонал говорит по английски, даже повар. персонал очень внимательный, не часто такое встретишь в китайском отеле. те , кто часто бывают в китае , поймут о чем я :). отель новый, расположен недалеко от аэропорта, что в моем случае и было необходимо. номера просторные, удобные. в ванной комнате отдельно ванна и душ. завтрак очень разнообразный. бесплатный автобус до аэропорта и до основных торговых центров в городе.

такого не нашлось :)
