Royal De Café enjoys a space of 500 m² and can seat 200 guests at a time. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our chefs bring you traditional South East Asian cuisine and international flavours. Its design, coupled with nice cocktails, wines, liquor and finger foods, is ideal for social and business gatherings.
The hotel also has a lobby lounge.
The 17th floor is designed as the Executive Floor which offers a host of luxury and personalised service, pampering our guests with royal indulgence.
The hotel is situated in a location which enjoys very convenient transportation. It is only 10 minutes drive from the Pazhou exhibition centre, and 40 minutes from the new Baiyun international airport. Through the link of the expressway, the Guangzhou Science city, Gaotang Software Park and the GETDD can be easily reached.
Please note that in case you are settling your hotel bill in local currency or by credit card, there might be a difference in the room rate due to the currency exchange rate changes.
*Hotel provides a free 2-way shuttle bus service to Pazhou Complex during the Canton Trade Fair, October/November 2009. The journey takes approximately 8 minutes.

Nothing.... I think this is not a 5 star hotel.....well,it looks like from the outside view....with the poor service of the staff this hotel looks more like sundry shop style more than a 5 star hotel...Very dissappointed with my stay at this hotel... Transportation is very inconvinient... |

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Although their English is not great but we managed to communicate with each other. Location, although the hotel location is near the Canton Fair but travelling to the CBD is quite far, therefore taxi fair become quite expansive. |

The help was ok but only when you do not need them , because we added an extra bed and they charged our guest as if he is using a room and extra charge for breakfast they did not give us the reason !!!! While English is not spoken, staff cooperation is excellent. Foot massage and gym facilities are excellent. Business center is too unreasonably priced, the same is true for room service. Swimming pool lack water circulation, does not use chlorine and staff needs training. The staff is very cooperative but not equiped. |

A privacidade que proporciona Nao pude usar meu cofre. Pedi p o pessoal da recepçao checar enqto estava fora, pois o cofre simplesmente "apagou" durante a noite.. A luzes nao acendiam mais e nao funcionava... Alguem foi lá p verificar, mas deixou abetrta a tampa do compartimento q guarda as pilhas/baterias, onde deveriam estar 5, e tinha apenas 4. Conclusao, desisti de explicar...O Problema, que deveira ser simples, provavelmente a troca das pilhas q deviam estar descarregadas, nao foi solucionado e nao pude usa-lo durante os outros dias. Só para constar. Faltou profissionalismo com a manutençao. |

excelente higiene y atencion me cargaron el monto de la reserva a la tarjeta de credito y el persona; de recepcion me dijo que la reserva no era efectiva...de todos modos me cargaron 100 usd de mas quiesiera me lo reintegraran ahora mismo. |
