The hotel staff is very kind. Although they don't speak english, they tried all their best to make our stay easy and comfortable. Their faces were always smiling and they did their best to help in each and every way. |

While English is not spoken, staff cooperation is excellent. Foot massage and gym facilities are excellent. Business center is too unreasonably priced, the same is true for room service. Swimming pool lack water circulation, does not use chlorine and staff needs training. The staff is very cooperative but not equiped. |

The front desk staff are excellent . Feel cheated as we used the foot massage service. When asked we was informed there is 20% discount for hotel guest , after completed the service, we are not allowed to have the discount . big mess and after some hotel negotiation which totally spoilt our mood, we are given the discount. This is consider cheating !!!!! |

całościowo bylo OK bylem tutaj 7 dni !!! Jedzenie jest typowo chinskie, brak potraw europejskich na sniadanie i na obiad nawet w formie bufetu. |

excelente higiene y atencion me cargaron el monto de la reserva a la tarjeta de credito y el persona; de recepcion me dijo que la reserva no era efectiva...de todos modos me cargaron 100 usd de mas quiesiera me lo reintegraran ahora mismo. |
