The staff where very helpfull and the food was first class

Bed was a bit hard ,but OK

Location & staff both were good. As per price hotel was good enough

Very old furniture, old carpets 7 smell of old things

When we took the location help from google maps, I was directed to boahua road in Changzhou lu and landed there after 9.30 pm and we were put to a lot of problem to reach the hotel at 1.30 am. You should get the same corrected with google maps

Price

The staff was excellent and very helpful, it was very important to me as a business-traveller. The breakfast (included in the room price) was also very good.

Hotel stuff is polite, clean and offer good array of food.

Location. Unless you do not intent to go to GZ city area, then this is the ideal hotel to stay as transport to town is limited since it is far away unless you go by taxi. Other than location, this is almost a perfect hotel for its price.

The staff were willing to help, and there were two staff I did find their service was exceptional excellent Sandy in the resturant and Mika at the Reception. They are a valuable asset to this hotel as they helped despited having language barrier.

Camera abbastanza confortevole con wifi buono

Albergo fuori dal mondo; pessima colazione; staff che non parla praticamente niente di inglese; camere e corridoi che puzzano di fumo; l'hotel ospita un locale con karaoke e si vedono persone ubriache e signorine che scorrazzano per l'albergo.

В отеле останавливался уже дважды. Чистые просторные номера, доброжелательный персонал, бесплатный автобус на Кантонскую ярмарку, в округе есть продуктовые магазины и дешевые рестораны (правда очень специфичные). До Центра города далековато - 70-100 юаней на такси. В целом - за 60 долларов на двоих довольно неплохо.

Довольно скудный по ассортименту завтрак, но голодными не были. Персонал не очень хорошо знает английский.

Bed was very comfortable and clean. Staff spoke English. Good wifi.

It is not as close to the airport. But the airport shuttle stops right in front of the hotel every half hour.

The hotel staff was trying to be friendly, although they all speak English very little - it was very hard to understand each other if you don't speak Chinese.

I found a huge cockroach under the covers of my bed, there was a hair pin on the floor in the shower room, and the carpet was not clean. Buffet in the hotel was also very weak - Chinese food, like red bean cakes, soups, buns, rice and noodles.. no fruit, practically no vegetables, nothing European.

酒店距离广州北站很近，搭乘高铁很方便。硬件设施完善，房间干净舒适，早餐种类丰富，服务员非常热情周到。- 我们在白云机场到达以后看到了该酒店接待员在等待有预订接机服务的客人，我们并没有预订接机服务但由于路线- 不熟冒昧的上去咨询了一下，这名接待员非常热情的带我们去搭乘出租车的地方又详细给我们介绍搭乘出租车的时- 间、路线以及大概的价格，比较仓促没有记住他的名字有些遗憾；还有酒店当晚值班的一名保安，拿行李时不慎撞- 到了他的腿，我想一定很疼但他没有任何怨言，真的非常抱歉。再次感谢酒店接待人员的热情接待！

酒店的中央空调进出风口声音比较大，晚上有些吵；在booking预订的是双人间，但办理入住时却发现我们- 的订单变成了单人间，可能酒店弄错了订单，虽然最后还是顺利入住，但耽误些时间也虚惊一场。
