Staff doesn't know English. Many items in the rooms are missing. Had a problem with reservation even though I had a confirmed reservation from booking.com

The internet poor, it is far away from the city , the hotel employees do not speak english , the view not good at all

i think the hotel location is well. the beds are so hard. but this is not a problem for me. i like hard bed. airconditioners are working. the room is clean. the internet speed is really slow. you cannot surf online, you can just look at your outlook mails slowly.

the employers try to find solution when a problem occurs. otel is 10minute walk to metro. c-store and 7eleven is really close to otel. supermarket is near to hotel. air conditioner is not working good. internet speed is not fast but it is enough for checking emails.
