It was a good bargain for the price. There was a language problem with the staff, but they put me through to Mr Sam Lin who was a great help throughout the trip. Room was nice. Staff at the entrance helped out with cabs and directions (especially explaining to the cab driver where we wanted to go). No refrigerator in the room. More English speaking staff should be available at the reception. |

I liked leaving the best The staff was very unfriendly. The room was horrible, the smell of stale cheap cigarettes was horrible, not only in the room but the whole hotel. The decor was cheap and inpersonal. I dont know who rated the room before us but they obviously worked for the hotel. It was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. |

Free internet by LAN cable (no wireless hassles). Spacious room. Booking.com did not include a service 15% tax. Although this was mentioned in the booking sheet it should be reflected in the price given when searching; after all, it is a known tax. Absolutely no one of the staff I found could speak English. Breakfast could have a little bit more variety. |

The hotel design and the room was very good and comfortable. They are cheating in room rate because the reservation notice that room service is free of charge but the hotel charge me 15% room service and the reservation notice that internet connection is free of charge in the hotel but they charged me because of that. |

The room is clean and hygenic and condition of room is rather new, counter staff is friendly and helpful. Limited public transport, so has to incur expensive taxi fares wherever you go. |

it's clean and if you like chinese-western breakfast, the provided breakfast will be fine with you interieur dated,a little noisy, no connection to metro, not all staff members can speak English |

Serviço de massagem. Os funcionários são muito despreparados para receberem hóspedes internacionais. A comunicação é péssima tendo em vista que a grande maioria dos funcionários não sabem nem o básico do inglês. Prepara-se para usar mimica. A limpeza ficou bem abaixo do esperado. |
