行政雙人間房間很大，服務員態度積極，最重要酒店位置優良，距離地鐵站只有兩三分鐘路程

1，房間沒有無缐上網，要到大堂才有。2，木制家具較舊。

Gym was well equipped. Breakfast was good( by china standards). Mrt station was stone throw away.

The staff are good and very helpful and have wide variety of choices for breakfast...

The hotel is mgnificent in all respects and well situated within all shopping malls. The room was out of this world, complete luxury and comfort and there is nothing more we could ask for. In fact we are coming back with my wife to the President in 2013.

The hotel has clear rules about not to smoke but some guests walk around smoking and this cause my wife to suffer nasal blockage and a fever because she is al;ergic to cigarette smoke especially inside the lifts and room corridors. Smokers should be banned except in their own rooms to keep the image of this hotel high. Secondly, we were turned away from the club when we trying to get in for relaxation. This gave us the impression that the club is used as a brothel. The security even pressed the restaurant floor for us in the lift as they looked very agitated. We must be told exactly where not to go and the reasons in future. Overall, the hotel staff was magnificent although none helped us with our luggage when we arrived by metered taxi. The reception and business centre staff were extermely helpful.

We were upgraded to a suite room. The location is nice. Mcdonald's and kfc (open 24 hrs) beside the hotel.The area of the hotel is the elelectronics area of Guangzhou.

most of the staff have very poor english. no wifi in the rooms only in the reception !! its hilarious you can find every one sitting in the reception to use the internet !!

Location, Location, Location, and the hotel is nice and clean, and the staff are ok..i wouldn't say freinly, but they do the job. I think it's because the Languague barrier.

While checking in, they gave me a bad room with a single bed. But they didn't mind changing it for me right away, when I asked. I stayed in the 7th floor which turns out to be right underneith the night club...it wasn't bad..but if you prefer quitness.. You better take care...!! They weren't very flexible in making my booking late check out, and I had to pay half day to checkout @18:00..

The check in process was very bad. They gave me a small single room without window though my booking clearly said double room. They wanted me to pay extra to upgrade...

the food was not that good , catering chinese taste only . the room was not properly cleaned and the corridor had a strange smell it needs to be aired.

Room 602 and some others windows view on the wall and garbage!! Recreation center staff is vulgar and rough!! Internet access in not constant, there is no wi-fi access. IT engineers doesn't know how to connect Apple laptop to internet. It doesnt work with their nets.

What I did not like: the spa-massage center is "only for men": a massage plus a girl, if you like... One of the perks as a business woman going to fairs in China has always been a great massage after all day on your feet. What a dissapointment!

Me sirve este hotel ya que voy por negocios y el mercado de computación esta al frente, debajo del hotel hay un McDonald que trabaja las 24 horas y se encuentra en una zona centrica

El desayuno a los días se torna un poco canson, ya que no hay tanta variedad

La ubicación es excelente, el personal del hotel es muy amable, la estación del metro esta a pocos pasos y el metro es muy bueno, moderno y limpio. Las habitaciones son limpias, grandes y cómodas.

El personal del lobby tienen que mejorar su inglés y hablar un poco más lento.

Eigenlijk alles. De receptie, de pogingen tot hetverdubbelen van de prijs, voor een totaal kostplaatje van 1500rmb moet men 3000rmb borg geven zowel cash als Credit Card. Als u vraagt waarom die 1500 rmb extra dan is het antwoord dit is voor drinks in de minibar, ter informatie: er staan 6 softdrinks in en dat is het, een totaal van 24rmb en daar wordt Uw Credit Card voor een bedrag van1500RMB voor geblokkeerd. Het restaurant geen servietten, die moet u kopen, geen voorziening voor diabetische gasten. Vies restaurant keuken, het menu is vuil en kleeft aan je vingers, de stoelen zitten vol met vieze plakken. Vuile kamers, vooral de badkamer. Personeel dat de klanten probeerd om te praten bvb u hebt geen ontbijt, of nu is het een ander tarief dan bij Uw booking, wanneer het personeel moet antwoorden kunnen ze plots geen Engels meer, enkel Chinees enz. Naast mijn stond een Spanjaard en een beetje verder op een Portugees, idem verhaal: discuteren over de prijs en niet opgeven, na een half uur is het: I am sorry I had not read the reservation, I thought.... Een ander voorbeeld is het ontbijt, indien u een kamer voor 2 personen hebt gereserveerd dan hebt u enkel recht op een tweede voucher indien de tweede persoon zich persoonlijk aanmeld bij de receptie. Er is een discotheek in het hotel waarvan ieder in zijn kamer kan genieten tot 2 - 3 uur in de nacht. Indien het enkel bijm muziek zou blijven zou het nog aanvaarbaar zijn maar dan wordt er door waarschijnlijk zatte gasten meegezongen, hoe valser hoe beter. Ik zou zo nog uren kunnenv erder gaan maar het heeft geen zin. 10 jaar geleden was het een uitstekend adres maar sinds een 3 tal jaren is dit erg verwaterd. Muy bien ubicado, a pocos pasos de la estación del metro, los desayunos muy completos, el personal del hotel es súper amable y educados. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias.

Me parece quel personal de la recepción debería mejor su inglés y hablar un poco más lento ya que pronuncian muy rápido y no se les entiende.

Gym closed at 10 am!!!! (Before opening back in the afternoon... So weird). Staff's English isn't good at all. A nightmare when you try to say more than my room number is... Even on non smoking floors people smoke but that's China... Even if they try to have rules people don't care. Terrible wifi in lobby from times to times. Bad smell from toilets
