The availability of Coco and Annie, which replaces easily a guide, and make your trip very easy and convenient. The food is quite good, and the rooms are more than ok for the price :) GREAT JOB !! Will definitely go back here if I have to stay around

The staff was extemely friendly, they offered several available stlye of rooms, and the rooms were spacious and clean.

The toilet was separated with a glass door from the room.

The staff and the location were excellent.

We loved the location, comfortable bed, and the jacuzzi tub the most! The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend staying at this lovely hotel.

I only stayed one night but wish I could have stayed more! My room was beautiful- had a hand carved canopy bed , one person jetted tub and a balcony that overlooked a pretty temple. The hotel is centrally located- next to a massage spa and on a walking /shopping street. I took the Yanshuo cooking class which is held one block away at Cloud 99 restaurant. I also took a bamboo raft ride which was very fun and the Li river boat cruise. This is a beautiful hotel- reminded me of an Alpine Swiss hotel- highly recommend it. The price was great- around $65 us.

They have a high tech toilet that was a bit difficult to figure out- I had to get the maid to show me how to use it , otherwise I loved the room with open bath

Very nice design in our room. Great to have a balcony. Taking a bath in the whirlpool bath was very comfortable after an exhausting trip on bike.

There is no mini bar to refresh beverage. Quite noisy in the evening as it is closed to a street where there is hustle and bustle, music.

Clean and well located

No aisolation between bedroom and toilet, it is all together. One of the main reasons to book this hotel is the jacuzzi. Ours was not working, so we informed reception about it. After an hour wasted double checking that we were right and it was broken, they didn´t accept to give us a new room, but use the jacuzzi (just the jacuzzi) of another room. Very skanky and dissapointing.

Staff was extremely helpful in trying to make sure we had a good and profitable stay in town. Everyone was extremely friendly, specially Annie with her constant smile. Food in the hotel was very good, lots of western food. Banana bread is DELICIOUS. Location was very nice, close to the center and the bus station.

The rooms are a bit ackward, always with a huge tub - in one, we had to go through the shower, to get to the toilet. We were in 3 different rooms because our inital room was occupied when we arrived and the room given after, it rained inside, over the bed. All in all, we still loved staying there, as the staff didn't rest until we were comfortable. Still, it can be noisy outside until late hours and early in the morning. Having a small safe would be a plus, but there was none.

The staff was great. the location is excellent next to west street. the rooms are excellent with hi tech equipments. the room was so clean and confortable

Absolutely everything. Cannot recommend this place enough - I received 2 emails before I even arrived, about a fortnight before such, asking if everything was ok and if they could do anything for me - this service was true to their friendly attitude. Annie, Rosie and Mickey were unbelievably pleasant company, and really could not do enough for you! Made everything so easy and we felt completely at home. The food was exceptional. We ate at the hotel after trying several places far worse. One of the best pizzas I've had in China, breakfasts superb (amazing banana bread!) and cheap beer. What more could you want?! The rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day. And the jacuzzi, my god, has mood lights, seemingly endless water jets and a music player! Couldn't believe it! A/C worked like magic. It was sometimes a bit noisy at night but that's what you get for such a great location. I've stayed in A LOT of hostels and hotels in China and would say, completely unbiased: Stop browsing. Stay here.

Nothing at all. Cannot fathom one reason not to stay here.

The rooms were a surprise. Very large rooms with a big spa bath in the middle and electronic japanese toilets.... The Staff spoke excellect english and took time to assist with planning outings. Located on a pedrestrian street it was quiet. There is also a Bamboo House Inn and Hotel, so pick the right one.

Location was perfect. Staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were great. Easy access to biking, climbing, kayaking, and running.

Put more towels in the room.

Annie est vraiment très gentille, toujours prête à donner des conseils et à nous aider.

Malheureusement beaucoup de travaux aux alentours de l'hôtel. Difficile de bien dormir.

Super Lage, Super freundlich , wir konnten auch unsere Bootsfahrt stornieren nachdem wir Darmgrippe bekommen haben.

Klo im Hotelzimmer... Bem. Essen wurde ich lieber aufpassen...

Sa situation au coeur de la ville, sa terrasse et son petit-déjeuner

Les chambres sont spacieuses mais une partie exagérée est occupée par la salle de bain intégrée avec un jacuzzi plus grand que le lit et pas vraiment utile.

Понравилось абсолютно все, кроме ванны, которая должна долго наполняться и ее кубатура совершенно нерациональна для среднестатистического туриста, стоит она посреди комнаты с претензией на спа, что странно . Туалет, очень не комфортен- стоит за стеклянной дверью в углу комнаты, все слышно и видно, никакой уединенности. Расположение отеля- прекрасное, персонал очень доброжелательный. Мы не ели в этом отеле, но вокруг полно мест для этой цели.

El hotel está muy bien situado, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, el jacuzzi en especial es una pasada.

El personal es amable y atento pero quizá sean demasiado insistentes en preguntar que qué tienes pensado hacer para intentar vender las excursiones, a mí me gusta estar a mi aire y se necesito saber algo ya lo pregunto yo.

Le confort de la chambre que nous avions loué, à savoir la chambre de luxe avec spa dans la chambre.

Nous n'avons pas trop aimé ne trouver que des occidentaux dans l'hotel. Cet hôtel étant référencé sur Booking et autres, seuls les occidentaux réservent.... çA dépayse pas vraiment. De plus, le personnel est très accrocheur en ce qui concerne les excursions, location vélos, etc... Pour finir je dirai que même si la chambre était confortable, le prix était exhorbitant pour une ville comme Yanshouo. A considérer donc.
