Good clean room, comfortable room, bathroom excellent with great shower, huge choice at breakfast, tasty food For a tourist stay in Shanghai, the hotel is slightly further away from the key shopping centre and the Bund area than some of the city's hotels, although it is definately still in the city centre |

The hotel is 20 min walk from the river side and the shoping centers. It is clean and comfortable. This is not a 4 star hotel by European standards, more like a 3 star. The breakfast was very poor. |

Check-in and check-out - very efficient. Front desk staff very helpful and courteous. Services at the coffee house quite poor and some staff are quite rude especially the staff manning the noodles and egg station. Spoke in very unfriendly tone and no smile!!! Even for the staff collecting the cutlery showed unhappy face. Probably they are overworked!!!! |

A comfortable, efficiently run hotel. Good location for shopping in old town. Whist the traditional food in the restaurant is excellent, if 'international' food is required, this is generally not available. Also, towards the end of breakfast serving time, staff were too eager to clear restaurant. |

It was our second time at this hotel, everything was fine. Porter speaks English much better then girl on the reception. All our problems were solved with his help, no assistance with our questions from girl on the reception. |

Bed and pillow are very comfortable, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean and beautiful. The staffs were very unfriendly and unprofessional. Most of the staffs were not helpful to us except a lady at front desk which she was the only staff whom shows me a smiling face & helpful attitude. The internet speed was a little bit slow during my stay. |

You have to pay to use internet in the bussines room. There are a lot of hotels more economics with free internet and I think seems ridiculous pay for internet in this kind of hotel, It should be another facility for the guests. |

Restaurant was good and staff were freindly and helpful. Hotel is clean and well placed for sightseeing. I would use this Hotel again. The seats in the Bar were not at all comforatable - didn't spend any time here..... Need to have the phone number of the hotel with you as taxi drivers are not sure of the location. |

Excellent location by old town and Yu Garden, fabric market and French Concession within minutes by taxi. Easy walking distance from new Metro 8 Laoximen station. |

I was upgraded to a better room without any specific reason and I had a wonderful room. Design and quality of every item inside my room were really top, all blended with very good taste. I had a very satisfactory and comfortable stay there! Breakfast time was until 9:30. Maybe they should extend it till 10:00. For people having holidays 9:30 sometimes is a little bit early. |
