The check-in staff were very friendly and spoke very good English! The location is a bit inconvenient in terms of all the construction in the area. Some construction noise starts early (6am this morning) though it's not been too bad so far. |

Location was OK, close to the old part of Shanghai. It was very clean and the price was good for this type of hotel. The air conditioner was too noisy. |

The Hotel is well placed as a base from which to explore Shanghai. The restaurant was extremely busy in the evenings although the staff did there best to look after me |

Very comfortable beds, very stylish design in the rooms, extremely quiet if you get a room facing a beautiful small courtyard-type area, also not very loud even on the street side, great location very close to a wonderful bazaar (hotel provides walking/jogging path suggestion), fitness room with multiple machines (very clean, above-average offer), large variety at breakfast buffet (both Asian and... Breakfast stated to go until 10am, but they start taking everything away at 9:30am with workers cleaning up and moving tables all around us. Be sure to get there at least by 9am in order to eat in peace! |

Very good location, staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are really nice. Price to value ratio is very reasonable. The sound insulation between the rooms is not so good. |

Location next to the Old town. Garden view ment a view to a little room filled with plastic flowers. There were some misunderstandings with a use of towels (a spot from make-up was determined as a damaged towel). Luckily this problem was solved. Also hotel was not very quiet, some guests sang in their rooms after midnight. And internet connection was very slow. |

Good price/quality ratio. Location is not next to a metro station, but that isn't a big problem. |

This hotel was very close to the attraction in Shanghai that we wanted to see. Close to Shanghai old Street, Yu Graden, and the Bund. The price was good for the quality of the hotel. The food at Breakfast was not warm. I had read this in the reviews so I was prepared for it, but you would think the hotel management would read the reviews and fix things. |
