persone ne parler vraiment anglais, c'est réelement un hotel pour chinois, menu en chinois, pas de club sandwich ou qq chose de normale sur le menu de la chambre |

Très bel hôtel, bien situé. Confort et personnel excelent, proche de la vieille ville. Choisir l'aéroport de Quingtao plutôt que Pudong. |

Excellent hotel, lounge très luxueux, chambre spacieuse et très propre , équipements parfaits, salle petit déjeuner très agréable, breakfast très complet. Des efforts à faire pour que le personnel parle encore mieux l'anglais... |

Chambre spacieuse, comfortable. Portiers et bagagistes très sympa. Et un pti dèj qui a changer depuis le mois de mars!!! Bonne hotel sur Shanghai que je recommande. Bizzare cette porte colissante et transparente qui sépare salle de bains + toilette à la chambre!!! Trop d'intimité! |

Les chambres sont tres spacieuses, salle de bain superbe, notre chambre était très agréable, et bien décorée, et l'hotel se trouve vraiment à coté de la vieille ville de Sahnghai, et à 20 minutes à pied de Nanjing Road, l'emplacement de cet hotel est vraiment idéale. J'y retournerais sans problème. Dommage que Shanghai soit en plein travaux en vue de l'expo universelle, et c'est un peu bruyant, demander des chambres sur jardin et non sur rue. |

The room was very cold at night. AC too noisy to switch on. Corridors too long to walk to your room. It is a hotel more for the locals. Environment around hotel not too good. Quite a walk to the metro station. On check in my credit card was blocked for more than the amount of my whole stay of 13 nights as a deposit. Checked out after the 3rd night. |

Staff was very courteous and cooperative. Rooms were very clean. The exchange rate offered was much below what other equally good and big hotels offered me in China.Every other hotel I stayed in Beijing or wuhan offered me the official rate of excahnge whereas this hotel offered more tahn 4% less. |

Good hotel and good location. Metro station (Laoximen) is guite near and Yun's Garden and bazar very near. Staff at hotel is very friendly and cleaning is very good! |

on check in we were told the restaurant was open till 9.30. whan we went down @ 9.15 we were told that it was closed. whan we complained twice to reception one of them said we coukd get a taxi to the nearest mc donalds. after this we dedided to cut short our stay there and checked out the next morning. also the breakfast buffet was horrible. ornage juice was really orange cordial. coffee was undrinkable. i can safely say this is the worst hotel i have stayed in. |

Staff are friendly and professional as compared to other equal catagory hotels in China. Next to the hotel and under the same management, there is an excellent Chinese restautrant that has very high quality Chinese foods even by North American standards. |

The price is good. Near the Old Town. The Credit Card was charge 2 times for deposit, 1 time for preautorisation and 1 time for chek-out. 10 days after chek-out the balance of my credit card is not OK. |

In general, I liked it. The hotel stuff was helpful. The room was clean. Unlike in a number of other Chinese hotels, the proicedure of check-in and check-out as well as money exchange was very fast. The location is superb - it is difficult to find a better location in Shanghai for this money. |
