Two things: first, I think that the extremely low level that the staff has in not acceptable for a 5* hotel. Second, the room was very old-fashioned and gave a dirty impression. |

I have already filled in a guest comment form and handed it into reception before I left. I was pleased with my room which was clean, comfortable and spacious. I particularly wanted a quiet, non-smoking room with a bath - and that's exactly what I got. Room service was good. The pool area could do with an upgrade and access to a sauna and steam room would be great - followed by a professional massage. |

La ubicación es buena, la limpieza de las habitaciones extraordinaria y el personal muy amable. El personal del hotel no habla prácticamente inglés por lo que me parece un aspecto que se debería mejorar en un hotel internacional |

The Hotel is kind of luxury, euipped with many facilities. Also, it has great location. You can easily found some local restaurant to taste the famos dishes. As for the West Lake, you just hop in the taxi with the lowest fare and you reach it. Most important for me, the staff is more than frendly. As I forgot to bring my ID card, they managed to come out some solution. Fortunately, I had a partner who can register his ID information. |
