The internet was so slow as to be unusable & would not connect to most urls. Definitely not recommended if you need to access your email. I could not get gmail or hotmail which are fine elsewhere in China.

To start, I don't konw if the responsability is from booking.com or from the hotel, the receptionist told me that they didn't received any confirmation from booking.com. So I also very disapointed with booking service. Even showing my reservation, the receptionist told me that they couldn't accept it due booking never send them that confirmation. As I get in hotel so late, I accept to pay the price from desk reception and stay there for a higher price, for the same room. But other surprise, negative also,... The pictures from the executive rooms they present in booking aren't from that hotel!! The rooms are very bad, and the bathrooms, worst!! Don't book this hotel.
