Staff are helpful specially eight floor customer service

My opinion, everything should be reviewed since you enter the hotel till you check out such as, there is no hotel sign board in English language, no varities of channels only chinese, no porters, reception area at 23rd floor and hotel entrance at level 1, and others

Location in Tianhe, nice walking evening tour, a lot of bars and restaurants are just behind the corner

Breakfast is a really thing that need to be improved

Didn't appreciate being charged for a 3 bedroom apartment which was the same 2 bedroom apartment we had 6 months ago

Location was excellent. Around the corner from a lot of international and top local restaurants, two blocks from a subway station and nearby shopping malls and some really impressive skylines and sightseeing places. Staff was really kind and attentive. Rooms were really good size with balcony, big windows and every appliance to make a 10 days stay confortable. Design is very good and modern. The bathrooms is also great.

The only things I would have to complain about would be that the bed was a bit too hard. The second thing was that the bathroom wasn`t very clean, not in general but you could see mold and even some fungus growing on the edges of the countertop and things like that. Also the furniture was a bit dusty, you could see they didn`t clean troughly.

Pengman Apartment was very well located especially for my trip where my plan was to visit places like Canton Tower, Chim long International Circus and a trip to Jiangmen departing by train from Guangdong East Railway Station. Had no problem looking for the apartment especially after reading all the reviews from all previous holiday goers. Besides its location, the staff Ms Micky was cheerful, polite and helpful in ensuring my prior requests for high floor and good facing were all met. The room was relatively clean.. I spent 3 nites with my family at Pengman and we rested well as the beds and pillow were just right for me. Wifi Internet n. Cable TV was also available in the room, I was glad that we managed to catch the Champions League match betwn Man U and Real Madrid during the trip.

Though I have not problem looking for the apartment after reading the review by others on the place, I felt the management (both booking.com and Pengman) could have done better to provide a more accurate details to guide people to the apartment. (It wasnt easy if I had not read other's review and do some research prior to my trip) Cleaniness on the marble and parquet flooring can be improved further. However, it was not a major issue after i requested for more slippers to be provided and the room was cleaned daily.

The apartment is lovely, and makes for a very comfortable stay. Also the staff are wonderful, and even stayed until 2am when I called them to tell them my flight was delayed.

Good service, friendly and quick response. The boss is very kind and offer us one more room to solve the difficulties. Suggest change pix in website (6 peo. room).

Location is not the best. Need walk 10 mins to subway and far from travelling sites. View is limited, cannot see Guangzhou Tele Tower. Many buildings are under restructuring.

Great apartment, good size, balcony overlooking city and river. Comfortable beds, close to mtr, secure, clean.

My friends recommend this apartment to me .Good location and nice large clean room .It is closed Conton Fair and walk 3 minutes to subway station and near shopping center .

Nice apartment in a office building, you can come/go at any hour. The view is nice. Cleaning every day and except of this you really have your privacy as this is not really a hotel but a collection of apartments in the same building.

Our apartment had two beds, but one was in fact a hard sofa.

Everything is very nice in this apartment, new building,inside room you really can feel in your home,it is very confortable and luxury.also you can get LieDe subway station that's is very near this aparrtment and many restaurants inside malls you can find around this area.finally the best apartment I have been there in guangzhou.

This is the second time i have stayed there, each time wiht a group of friends, and it's a truly excellent place to enjoy with anyone and whatever your reason for travel. I will return again and again!
