Zhuhai Charming Holiday Hotel    

Awesome service! Friendly front desk who checked us in really fast. Though only one room was ready for us to check it but it was great as we were up early to start our travel to Zhu hai and all we wanted is to be able to rest and wash up. Rooms were spacious and superbly clean. Very convenient too! Just less than 10 mins walk from the Border Gate within the mall below.

The food of the hotel was excellent

i did not like the people keep annoy me at the lobby area. ask me for u want a car and prostitute. Besides, the bed of the room was too soft i could not sleep well.

Very conveniently situated around shopping centres and also walking distance to Macao immigration.....Value for money

The breakfast options were very good -all tastes catered for. Getting a taxi is very easy.

The location is ok if you like wall to wall shopping, large numbers of people and traffic - if not then avoid. The deposit on check in is too high. The gym has only 2 running machines 1 of which was out of order.

Every thing was fine with the hotel except room's interior layout.

Design of the room was not ideal. Washbasin was right in the center of the room and was causing inconvenience beween two of us.

Good location, near to custom. There are many shops below the hotel, good for shopping.

The facilities are required maintenance & upgrading, such as water plumbing system. The WC is stuck, water flow of basin is very slow, etc.

My favorite Zhuhai Hotel. I like everything. The breakfast is the best.

A rude guest was screaming at an employee for almost 10 minutes. Security should be called when this happens

Great hotel with great locations, very near to Gongbei Border. Concierge staff are friendly, polite and helpful, especially one guy by the name of Jack. European style Room very nice, cozy, tidy and clean. Hotel very convenient for shopping, they are link to underground shopping mall. Would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

I really love the location.. So convenient, the hotel lift link to the shopping mall. U can do a lot of shopping n bring your stuff to the hotel n rest a while n continue to shop hands free again n again.. I spent my 3 whole days shopping at the mall. The breakfast is good. I was there with my mum n sis n did not add an extra bed as you can choose to stay at deluxe sea view with 2 super single beds at joined together (7 feet) n it is comfortable enough for 3 pax. You can also eat your lunch n dinner at the mall with many local n Asia restaurants. Do not have to step out of the mall. What I love most is the room with nice fragrance. Though I was at the smoking floor due to insufficient room at the non smoking floor , they made my room really smoke free. There is also a supermart 200m away...great location.

If u find the prize is too high, u can choose to book another hotel which is also link to the mall.. It is a new hotel called 'L hotel" they have not open officially but it looks good too. However, u cannot find this hotel From booking.com

The hotel is stragetically located close to the shopping hub and only 5 mins from the border to Macau. Room is very spacious and very comfy, staff very courteous. Highly recommended.

マカオから越境してそのままショッピングアーケードから歩いてチェックインができる 当日寒くて雨も強く助かりました。ホテルは部屋と共にきれいで私は今回で３回目利用です。

特別気になる事はなく問題はなし

Muy buena habitacion

Modern and clean with pleasant rooms well decorated and nice view. TV 5 monde for French visitors

高級海景房，設計很適合蜜月，夫婦休閑度假，很漂亮的房間，有開放式浴缸。唯一不好的地方，是酒店前近海的- 地方有些建築物，不算全海景。。。

正直あまりなかった 部屋は他のホテルと比較するとだいぶ狭かったが、こじんまりとした感じが嫌いじゃないので居心地は悪くなか- った バスタブなしのシャワーのみだったが、シャワーは固定式でないし水圧もそこそこあったので特に不満なところ- はなかった

冷蔵庫が冷えない、棚の中に入っているが空気がこもるためか冷蔵庫が火傷しそうなくらい熱くなっていた テレビのリモコンがきかない タクシーが来ない（ビジネスで来られる方要注意） 朝食のバイキングで朝食べるには少し重いおかずが多かった 7,500円以下で泊まれるなら良いかな、ってレベル（実際にはサービス料込で8,800円位だったのでＣＰは悪いと感じた）
