The bed linen. BBC world. Free internet. We did not like to be told that only married couples can stay at the hotel. We were told this and then we were given the keys to the room. Why tell guests this if it doesn't matter. If it's a rule put it on your web site rather than make people feel uncomfortable. In addition, the room - 1127 - was worn and tatty. The reception for the TV was poor, BBC World especially. |

The Lobbey is good and larg.Rooms are good size.Nearby is a shopping mall but very expensive.elevaters and halls and ways to reach your room is wide and clean. There is a very good grocery nearby hotel . the rate for week end was suitable but in week days it seems to be expensive considering the hotel facilities. |

Location is convenient and breakfast is good. They put me in a room above a club - then moved me to a smoking room - not good. Breakfast is pricey. |

The hotel is very good, they provide free shuttle to the Fair at very convenient hours. It's not near by metro station, but the taxi is very cheap. The breakfast is good, many international dishes, they have also a western and an italian restaurant and very near are japanese, turkish and arabic restaurants. We have booked tickets to the bus for Hong Kong airport, and they provide 2 types of ticket-one cheaper, wich means that at the border you hve to get down an pass thru the border walking and carryng your luggages and on wichis more expensive 300RMB/person wich saidthat you dn' haveto get dowmn from the bus.Wasn't rea,we have loadedand downloaded our luggages 4 times until arriving to the HK airport. The train were a cheaper and comfortabe and faster solution! |

I believe there are trying their best to achieve a 5* rating... the hotel assumes it's 5* on it's logo but compare to opposite hotel (Garden Hotel 5*) it still needs some work.. neverthless the hotel is excellenct yet understandably expensive location and comfort... |
