The owner of the hotel is from Holland what makes you be sure there is an order in the place. It's a very nice house with three floors and a terrace with nice view. It's clean and personnel is helpful and very kind. Location: just 5 min from the metro station Prado. Breakfast is also very nice. Popular mostly among elders from us. (As it was during my stay there)

Location: people say you'd better not walking in this area (Prado center) in the night. A little dangerous. During the day it's ok but I traveled by taxi in the night. Besides its nowhere to eat nearby. You have to go to Poblado district.

The owner, Lukas, is fantastic. Incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is a renovated mansion in the center of Medellin and is beautiful.

The hotel, while in the city center, is not the closest to the night life, which is in the south, in the Zona Rosa. However, its 3 blocks from a quick metro ride.

Prado guesthouse was very clean as soon as you walk in. Very nice design. The rooms are very big and spacious. Constant hot water(not just luke warm either). The room was cleaned everyday. It's sort of a hotel with hostel prices. The breakfast was very good and priced reasonably. The room had a good fan, because it was pretty hot. You are only a 5 minute walk to the prado metro station, It's a very good place to stay.

I think they should have a 2nd computer instead of using the staffs computer. The dinner was a little pricey for what you get, a very small steak. Unfortunately if you stay on one side, like we did you get all of the street noise from cars and motorcycles going up the hill, it can be very noisy. Not sure about the area at night, seems like it can be a little sketchy.

Very friendly helpful staff. Delicious and beautifully presented supper. Bright and pleasant common areas. Very close to many attractions - botanical gardens, shopping areas, tour bus, and many more also very close to the metro.

Price, staff, common areas were plesant.

That the windoows are to a hallway not to the outdoors.

Ana and Marc were super accompdating and helpful! In addition to the incredible customer service, Kudos to whoever did the remodeling job. They did a fantastic job preserving the history of the building while creating a modern avant garde atmosphere.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The double rooms come with a queen size bed and are really spacious. There was a great kitchen which was clean and had good facilities.

The expensive rooms are upstairs, but this means that you can't get a decent wifi connection. The pressure on the upstairs showers were poor.

El ventilador no funciona si apagas la luz

el hotel es muy acogedor; el personal es muy atento.

el acceso por la av. Bolivar a pie puede ser no tan tranquilo en horas de la noche: recomendable llegar en taxi.

La cama estaba cómoda.

El primer cuarto que nos dieron olía horrible, tuvieron que buscarnos otro. No tienen servicio de alimentos ni bebidas. El baño olía también horrible, a caño, como de tuberías muy viejas.

Excelente atención del Personal. Muy buenas y económicas las comidas, con toque Gourmet. Mucha tranquilidad, sin ruidos, habitaciones cómodas. Con una terraza con vista a la ciudad, ideal para beber una cerveza, vino y fumar un cigarro.

Todo me agradó.

Es agradable y tranquilo.

Si te mueves solo en metro y vas directo a la estación estás relativamente seguro. Si te aventuras a caminar por el barrio puede que tengas problemas. Ah el cocinero se armó un enredo tremendo para poder prepararme un plato vegetariano, pero un enredo injustificado porque yo mismo le di las ideas y se complico mucho, de gana.

La atención del personal y sus acogedoras instalaciones

Guesthouse is van een Nederlander, want het wel makkelijker maakt. Verder kamers zijn in orde, gewoon alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Bed en douche zijn goed, prijs/kwaliteit is goed

Personeel alleen spaanstalig. Niet alle taxi chauffeurs weten waar het is, omdat het er als een woonhuis uitziet.

Het ontbijt vonden we goed. Heel informeel We zijn na twee nachten (van de vier die we geboekt hadden...) weggegaan vanwege de herrie s'nachts buiten en vanwege de buurt. Wel goede communicatie (in het Engels mogelijk) met de eigenaar. Is een Nederlander!

Er spreek niemand Engels....alleen de eigenaar. De omschrijving van het hotel bij bokking.com klopt niet ( op meer dan vierpunten!!) met de werkelijkheid!!!
