A gem of a luxury hotel which offers good value for money accomodation. Customer service, restaurant, fitness/Spa installations are all high quality. Keep up the good work! Hotel Abadia Plaza is a small luxury hotel in the center of Pereira. The staff were very friendly. It has the feel of a business-oriented hotel but the price we paid was substantially less than you would expect for a hotel of this type. The room we had was quite spacious and quiet.

Very nice, clean, modern, excellent service. The bathroom a a little small, but well aportioned. The bed had a dent in the center and was not very stable, but then again, we were very active during our stay. Overall I would give it a 9 out of 10 for the price.

El servicio del hotel en general es excelente, el personal siempre dispuesto a atender nuestras solicitudes felicitaciones y muchas gracias La iluminacion de la sala de masajes reflacta directamente en los ojos del usuario, no dejandolo estar tranquilo. Por lo tanto lo mejor es reubicarla o taparla con un acrilico muchas gracias

La Ubicación Tres cosas: 1. El Spa, que es un valor agregado, tenia un fuerte olor a orina, pareciera que el sistema de desagües no funciona adecuadamente. 2. La habitación asignada (cuarto piso), estaba localizada frente a un espacio interior, pero éste dejaba escapar olores de la comida que se estaba preparando en el primer piso. 3. Las rutas de salida de emergencia desde el salón del primer piso (habia una actividad a las 7 am con 60 personas aproximadamente) hacia el exterior esatban bloqueadas por diferentes elementos del servicio o gente saliendo del asensor.

Mi experiencia en el hotel Abadia Plaza fue sencillamente espectacular,nos tratataron como reyes desde nuestra llegada hasta la salida. La calides del personal, el trato es muy amable y franco; no percibes la standarizada amabilidad de los grandes hoteles; cuando te dicen "que pase buen día", lo sientes con sinceridad. Las camas son muy confortables, las almohadas de ensueño; la dotación de la habitación suficiente y el T.v lcd mas que bueno. De pronto el tamaño de la habitación se percibe estrecho para el mobiliario, pero es algo secundario. La disposición del parqueadero muy estrategica y segura. Creo que deben revizar el contrato con el proveedor de bebidas y snacks de las habitaciones: exagerado el precio de cada articulo del minibar, todo estaba mínimo tres veces su valor comercial. Ejemplo: Un jugo de 200 ml en tetrapack: $4.500 (En cualquier lugar vale máximo 1500) Botella de agua de 500 ml. $4500= (ni siquiera en el ghl sunrise de San Andres ISlas, ví un valor tan alto para una botella de agua, considerando que en una isla, el agua potable debería ser costosa.) y asi cada uno de los articulos que estaban dispuestos en el Minibar: intocables!!!

la verdad me gusto todo el personal genial los desayunos muy bueno la situacion del hotel perfecta esta en todo centro mucha seguridad y sobre todo lo destalles del hotel tanto en las habitaciones con en recepcion solo puedo decir genial de 10 para el hotel volvere gracias al personal del hotel y en si a toda persona que consiguier0n que mi estancia en ese hotel fuera perfecta graciasssssssssssssssssssss.
