Buena ubicación. Excelente vista. Instalaciones confortables. El servicio puede mejorar. Pedí una salida de baño 3 veces e incluso fui a la recepción por ella, quedaron de enviármela a la piscina pero nunca me la entregaron. Las instalaciones podrían ser renovadas para estar de acuerdo con la tarifa del hotel.

El paisaje natural, las zonas campestres, los masajes, la piscina por el agua termal, la calidad del servicio en todas las áreas. La paz, tranquilidad que se vive y el aire puro que se respira. Todo nos gustó. No tenemos ningún comentario negativo.

Su ubicación privilegiada, vista, alrededores. Las habitaciones están deterioradas. No funcionan los enchufes, los televisores, los secadores de pelo. Se alquila para ruidosas fiestas, que hasta la madrugada impiden el descanso de sus huespedes. Ya no es el hotel agradable, familiar, acogedor.

el contacto con la naturaleza Y la tranquilidad la presencia de autoridades del orden nacional Y departamental acompaÑadas de escoltras impertinentes Y abusivos en cuanto al uso de los servicios del hotel. pesimo el servicio de aseo A las habitaciones: P.ej. el dia sabado solo la arreglaron A las 3 P.M.

Nos gusta la tranquilidad del hotel, la piscina termal y el servicio de SPA. En general la atención y ubicación. Consideramos que se debería hacer revisión del restaurante, carta de comidas y preparación en general. Los platos son costosos o por lo menos estan a nivel con otros hoteles de categoría pero la calidad de la comida no es buena.
