Very nice room, quiet, and clean, nice size and the bathroom was large. The young guy in charge of the breakfast in the lobby was extremely helpful and friendly - I wish I could remember his name. We came down a minute after he closed, but he let us get our food anyway and was very helpful. No climate control in the room, at least not that I could find.

New hotel, good design, really close to the airport Hot water was not working, we stayed at the hotel for a few hours just to get some sleep and take a shower. No good explanations about the lack of hot water, no discount offered, nothing.

24 hour free airport shuttle service, helpful (multi-lingual) staff, very clean, 5 mins from airport. I liked everything - it was perfect for a quick overnight stay before getting my connecting flight to the Caribbean coast.

Friendly, efficient staff, most of whom spoke English. Room was a good size, with a very efficient layout, including a desk and extra seating. Nice bathroom. Free bottled water and coffee in the room. Free wifi. Airport shuttle.

Good Price and value for $ brand new rooms friendly staff and excellent gym compared to the Holiday Inn Airport. Location is kind of in the middle of nowhere..I do realize it is an Airport layover; However there is much more conveniences near the Sheraton, Marriott or Holiday Inn Airport...

There was nothing I didn't like! I have stayed at Aloft Bogota twice now, and I stayed at the Sheraton Bogota Airport and the Marriott Bogota Airport on previous transit visits to Bogota however I cancelled my reservations at both so I could return to Aloft. The Aloft location is incredible; close to the airport, but very very quiet. There's not much of a view (what do you expect!? its near the airport!) and there's nothing to do apart from relax, read or go to the gym (and eat the delicious Cerviche!) I would highly recommend Aloft, especially if you are in transit. The staff are incredibly responsive, accommodating, friendly and helpful and I was so very pleased with the experience I had at Aloft. I have traveled and stayed in 5 star hotels around the world and the service I experienced at Aloft would rival that of other larger hotel chains. Very very impressed.

This is a new hote. I stayed two nights. My room was clean and spacious. The food was good. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. They have a 24 hour shuttle. It is no more than 3 or 4 minutes from the Airport. In Bogota that is a big plus!! Bogota traffic is a nightmare. I would definately stay there again, and will soon. jkg I think they could be more competitve with their pricing. jkg
