deluxe room had nice big 3D lcd tv and strong hot water and strong cold a/c. staff was great. goold location. special price was good price vs other standard rooms had very bad tv cable reception. food at restaurant was bad. internet had problems a few times at night with the 'signal' to hotel

Nice location. Nice pool and sauna area Staff attempted to get us to pay tax and insurance supplement despite us being exempt. However they did resolve it satisfactorily after 10 mins. Small room Limited breakfast buffet

All the staff is very very kind and helpful. The dinning room staff is extremely attentive and ready to please the guests with their requests. The rooms and bathrooms are kept very clean, and the supplies (tissues, shampoo,etc.) are good, well packaged, and a good variety. The design of the entrance to the hotel and the stairway are very appealing; it gives a good impression as one enters the building. The noise early in the morning and sometimes late at night is more that it should be. The coverl of the furniture in the lobby needs to be updated because of the color. The same I can say for the carpet, it is very worn. It would be better to have the same flooring as the entrance.

Definitely the staff was very very friendly. Nothing like colombian people.. First time that I booked a rom in Colombia and the process was perfect!.. The room was very small but ok for a single person for just one night.

Staff totally above and beyond to help Rediculous guest policy. Any guest over fifteen minute a fee. Would not stay on thy basis again Gym in disrepair.

Excelent staff friendly environment and great hospatality. I don't recall having any negitive experience. However there was this one issue that encounter regarding billing, but the professional staff took care of it.

The hotel is nice. The staff does not exchange currency . A major problem when there are no stores within a mile or two of the hotel. Pool was nice. Breakfast left alot to be desired. Wifi worked well. If you dont have a car stay elsewhere there is nothing within walkjing distance. The breakfast was sub par and the hotel has nothing near it to do within walking distance .

Amabilidad y disponibilidad por parte del personal. Las instalaciones y aseo son buenas. En general se puede recomendar. El aire acondicionado en la habitación que me asignaron era muy débil y no alcanzaba a refrescar.

Absolutamente nada, que hotel tan terrible para cobrar tarifa de hotel cuatro estrellas La habitacion terrible, la cama con colchon parece de piedra, las almohadas parecen ladrillos, el aire acondicionado no servia, al levantarme por la mañana al pisar el suelo encontre la habitacion inundada, que fiasco y en la administracion no solucionan nada

^Nachdem ich die bisherigen Bewertungen gelesen hatte, war ich mit gedämpften Erwartungen angereist, aber bei dem Preis konnte ich nicht widerstehen. Jetzt muß ich sagen, man hat im American Golf offenkundig gelernt. Das Zimmer 310 war jedenfalls super und das Frühstück wohl das beste während unserer 5 Wochen in Kolumbien, darunter war auch ein 5-Sterne- Hotel.Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und das Hotel liegt auch in einer recht sauberen Gegend. Wir können es empfehlen.

La Ubicacion Se oyen todos los ruidios de las habitaciones de arriba lo cual no deja dormir. Adicionalmente la tarifa q me cobraron fue diferente mas alta a la tarifa q habia rservado por Booking + iva

la atencion de sus recepcionistas y maleteros... que en el anuncio deberian incluir los impuestos de tal forma que uno tuviera claro que va a pagar y no llegar a pagar al hotel excedentes, respecto a la reserva especificar si se quiere camas separadas por que nos toco dormir en cama matrimonial y a veces eso no es comodo.

Casi nada por no decir nada, hotel muy viejo, tiene cuatro estrellas estrellas pero en realidad dejan mucho que desear, nisiquiera tienen pantalla plasma, tampoco black out en las cortinas, no tiene agua caliente, la señal de internet se corta constantemente, el desayuno es pésimo, las habitaciones bastante pequeñas Trato del personal muy malo y grosero sobre todo de la recepcionista, estafan al viajero cobrando el IVA cuando no deben, es ilegal cobrar IVA a los extranjeros y colombianos residentes en el exterior, ellos se guardarán el dinero, qué poca vergüenza

Buena ubicación No m gusto la atención del personal del restaurante. Pésima , no es un hotel para descansar después de un día de trabajo porq hacen eventos con música muy alta. M tuve que quejar dos veces para q m cambiarán de habitación .
