Very friendly and helpfully staff. The food was very good. Perfect for what I needed. Very clean.

The hotel was clean, modern, a good value for money, the breakfast and dinner service I thought was excellent. The food much better than what previous reviews stated. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The only thing I did not like was that the free service to the airport was not clearly explained. I happen to get lucky and was told at checkout that a van would be leaving shortly for airport dropoff.

Maid service was excellent - room cleanliness was a credit to your hotel. Restaurant waiting staff ( in particular Henry ) were very good and helpful.

Having to pay for the Spa facility ( this wasn't well advertised ) and should be included in resident / hotel rates. I understand massage services etc should be chargeable, however use of the pool should be free to guests / residents. Also need greater emphasis on city tour facilities - no awareness of any such services. Bar needs to stay open later.

Everything! I've stayed here three times having to go back on business. The staff is great! Breakfast is delicious.

The service at the bar was a bit slow when there was hardly any customers and the hotel has no pool.

Very beautiful hotel, excellent appearance and superb service. But the best was the low rates for so much quality. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The location is a bit far from other restaurants and entertainment, but there is a shuttle to the nearby Gran Estacion mall that runs hourly. Still kind of a pain, though, if you can't or don't feel like walking to the mall (especially at night).

El hecho que tienen buena comida, ofrecen cosas de cuidado personal y bastantes cosas en minibar, servicio de spa, belleza, gimnasio, taxi que se puede cobrar a la habitación y el impecable y muy amable servicio del bell boy (tipo alto vestido de rojo, no sé su nombre).

1. Algunos de los meseros que llevaban la comida al cuarto pidieron propina extra. Se me hizo de muy mal gusto además de que está ya incluida cierta propina en la cuenta total. 2. Algunas de las recepcionistas andaban muy dispersas, diría que una y otra mostraban una actitud arrogante y falta de servicio al cliente. Tb hacer el ingreso al hotel es muy tardado. 3. El hecho que un día me subí a un taxi del hotel y me tuve que cambiar a otro del mismo hotel (el hermano del que me llevaba inicialmente a otro destino) porque el chofer tenia otro compromiso y apenas se le confirmó...por cuestiones de seguridad tuve mis dudas de cambiarme al otro taxi y me parece que esa no es para nada la manera adecuada de hacer las cosas. La verdad que me dio miedo porque no sabia en ese momento si eso era verdad o alguna cosas extraña. 4. La sesión de masaje...la primera que tomé fue excelente y me motivó tomar la segunda la cual no me gustó tanto porque era muy diferente de la primera, es más no llegué a relajarme totalmente.

Velocidade da rede wifi disponível nos apartamentos. Também poderia haver mais opções de sobremesas no café da manhã (bolos, tortas, cakes, biscoitos doces, etc...)

El SPA cierra muy temprano

Ambiente moderno, servicios de internet y gimnasio incluidos 24 horas. Televisores personales delante de la cinta para correr. Desayuno buffet diario. Café para dos en la habitación, Caja fuerte, plancha y tabla de planchar. Incluso hilo dental, enjuague bucal, hilo y aguja (free ahora que no se ueden llear en el avion) y en el minibar crema dental, descartables y cepillo ( todo con muy pequeño recargo)

Las pilas del control estaban bajas. Los televisores del gym no tenían volumen asi que requerias audífonos o leer, el menú era restringido aunque había para todos los gustos desues de una semana cansa

Chegamos cedo de manhã e a pesar do check in ser à partir das 15 h nos disponibilizaram um quarto. Da qualidade do serviço e do atendimento. Os motoristas particulares que prestam serviço são muito bons. Merece a qualificação de 5*

Tinhamos combinado transfer do aeroporto ao Htl, com hora marcada e depois de um tempo de espera tivemos que telefonar e esperar a van que iria nos buscar
