Arsenal offers elegantly decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi in the touristic Gethsemane district of Cartagena de Indias. The shower was great and roof pool overlooking the bay. Awesome two course breakfast. Location near all nightlife and old city parking was a mess. Should make it free for guest

The comfortable beds and the location The hotel was right besides two night clubs so it was very disturbing to hear music blasting every night until 5 am. The hotel claims that it is sound proof, but it is not. Also, we were given room 401 which was absolutely horrible (the ceiling was too low, the bathroom door was right in the face and nose of the person sleeping the closest to it). The staff moved our room to a much nicer one on the last day of our stay.

Our stay at Arsenal was just simply wonderful........so much for what you pay! The Hotel is a small chic Hotel type,includes a good breakfast and all employee are just so nice and ready to just make you feel at home. The hotel is located in the area of clubs and bars so at night its just walk out the door and party, if you dont want to party the down side of the hotel is that it sits next door to a club and at night you can hear the music from your room, atleast my husband and I heard it from our room. But if you go to Cartagena I can strongly recommend this hotel as very good for the money!

Excellent location in a very short distance from the historic city center. (5 minutes walk to the Clock Gate, while peace and quiet at night). Spacious rooms with air conditioning, tv, free internet access, mini bar. Very good room lighting and lamps, halogen lamps hanging over the bed and a small lamp on the desk. Clean bathroom with hot water, fully equipped with mini toiletries, towels, hair dryer on request. The price includes a continental breakfast are great. Hotel safe monitored by security. Nearby post office, bazaar, restaurants. I highly recommend! Safe was not working properly.

Buena ubicación para participar en convenciones en el Centro de convenciones. caro para los servicios que ofrece. No tiene piscina, aunque ahora se ofrece la piscina del Arsenal Boutique que está a una calle de allí.

O Hotel é bem localizado. Quartos grandes, confortáveis e extremamente limpos. Os funcionários muito delicados. Uma das coisas que mais gostei foi a delicadeza do café da manhã. Tudo muito cuidadoso e delicado, além de farto e saboroso.

Boa localizaçao e preço comparado aos Hoteis Boutique da cidade muralhada. O Hotel está a somente 5 minutos caminhando da entrada da cidade muralhada. Os quartos sao muito bem decorados e confortáveis. O Hotel contava somente com um funcionário na recepçao responsável aparentemente por todos os serviços, inclusive segurança. O café da manha é servido em uma área dentro da recepcao o que parece um pouco estranho. O Hotel nao oferece nenhum tipo de comodidade extra aos quartos.

A localização é boa, a cidade amuralhada está a 5 minutos de caminhada, os apartamentos são bem espaçosos. O quarto poderia ter mais iluminação e o atendimento no café da manhã era muito confuso.

El personal es muy amable, la atención en el desayuno es personalizada, sus habitaciones estan armoniosamente decoradas. Es muy cercano al Centro de Convenciones.

Un hotel precioso; con muy buenos detalles de decoración. Habitaciones impecables y muuuy cómodas!!!! (Incluso si uno viaja con niños, porque duermen en un sofá-cama muy confortable). El trato del personal del Hotel: excelente!!!!. Siempre tan amables y serviciales! Buen desayuno servido bajo pedido, con frutas frescas. Muy bien ubicado: en 10 minutos a pié, estás en el Casco Histórico. Muy recomendable!!! Vayan!!!!. Los Viernes y Sábados a la noche, es un poco molesto el ruido de una de las discotecas vecinas. Tenerlo en cuenta...

La limpieza. Es la primera vez en mi vida que me dan una habitacion y baño sin ventanas. Ademas eran muy pequeños tanto el baño como la habitacion, que no se corresponde en nada con lo ofrecido. Esta ubicado en una zona de night clubs muy ruidosa durante la noche.
