A beautiful, well built hotel, with a nice swimming pool Very loud street, and ugly surrounding neighborhood. The front desk was 100% useless. Two young pretty girls standing around, giggling and unable to do the check -in process. It took over 30 minutes, to complete a 3 minute process, very frustrating. Finally a manager, or experienced desk person came over, or I might still be there.

Is a nice looking hotel, it's clean and comfortable, the air conditioner works great. The guy on the reception is super nice. The breakfast is a buffet and it's delicious. They let me do check out half hour later which was helpful. The day I got there the staff guy offer me their pool and jacuzzi but they weren't working, the next day I was able to use it. They also showed a price on booking.com but it ends up being so much more expensive because of taxes and things they don't include on the price they show up, which made me upset. There also a place called la Troja that makes a lot of noise. The girl serving the breakfast buffet was kinda hateful. I also had dinner once, had some cow meat that tasted good but was hard as rocks and it was very expensive for the quality it had.

Do not stay at this hotel !!!! Although it's a wonderful modern design with large comfortable rooms - everything is spoiled by the fact that's it's built two doors away from a very very loud disco which pumps out music until 4am in the morning. It was incredibly loud in our room and made sleep impossible

El personal. Atentos y muy amables. Solo por eso volveria (menos por el cocinero) El jefe de cocina. Mas profesinal No acorde con esa categoria de hotel. ¡vaya cazuela de mariscos! que verguenza para el hotel. Mucho ruido en las habitaciones que miran a la calle principal, no cierran hermeticas. Arreglos en la recepcion, modulos de luz blanca alrrededor del ascensor arrugadas.

La piscina Ningun forma de information El restarante estaba cerrado los Domingos La personal entro la habitacion sin adviso. El Internet tiene clave ese clave se toca renovar cada dia, asi que no tienes Internet por la mananas.

Habitación amplia, trato amable, minibar económico, desayuno correcto, instalaciones cuidadas, la piscina! El ruido del bar de la esquina. Música muy alta hasta muy tarde.

La cama muy cómoda. Todo bien arreglado. Buen servicio en general. Buena variedad en el desayuno La piscina solo se permite hasta las ocho, aunque se nos permitió estar hasta las nueve. Sin embargo en otros lugares esta el servicio disponible hasta las diez de la noche

El hotel es muy moderno y bonito. Tiene piscina, jacuzzi y demas caracteristicas impensables en hoteles de ese precio. Obviamente la ubicación no es la mejor, de alli su trarifa, pero siempre hay taxis en la puerta que pueden llevarte con confianza a cualquier lado.

Excelente trato, mucha amabilidad. A parte el precio era bastante bueno para la habitación. Elegimos una suite por 7 dlls mas y estaba enorme. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Muy buen Hotel.Limpio perfecto en todo. Ofrece una picina y un jacuzzi. Un desajuno rico. El personal muy amable. los cuartos que dan por una calle frente lo estadio son muy ruidosas por que hay una discoteca , cerveceria con musica hasta la 4 de la madrugada que no dejan dormir nada.

Pues llegue como a las 00h00 de la noche y recibieron muy bien. Mauricio quien trabaja de noche a la recepcion es un una persona muy qualificada y mas aun. Tambien es el caso de Lina quien me ayudo mucho durante mis 5 dias en el hotel. La piscina es linda y la situacion geografica es perfecta. Pues dificil de decir lo que no me gusto.
