Located in the historical town of Cartagena, Bantu Hotel Boutique features 18th century colonial architecture and offers an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Decorated with exposed stone walls, all rooms are air-conditioned and tastefully decorated. There is a private bathroom in each room and Wi-Fi access is provided. Guests can also enjoy a variety of channels on the LCD TVs. The Bantu Boutique has an enclosed courtyard full of exotic plants and offers more than 2 metres of terrace. This 5-star hotel also has a solarium and a Turkish bath. El Cabildo Restaurant offers Caribbean and Colombian dishes. A number of tourist attractions including San Pedro Church and historic Plaza Santo Domingo are only a short drive away. Nice bedroom with super bed. Rooftop pool was great for relaxation. Central location made it easy to get into the Centro. Quiet location was peaceful even in the centre of the old city. Renovated villa with ambiance was very relaxing and enjoyable. Shower did not have a splash guard and soaked the entire bathroom. Breakfast was disappointing for the money charged. There was a "securo" fee added to the daily room charge that was not explained or justified (it is apparently for "travel insurance". Every time we used the rooftop pool, we had to phone down for more towels. They lost our laundry and we had to physically go find it in the laundry room.

Excellent location. Personal very helpful. They helped us to get a room to take a shower after checkout. I didn't like we had a problem with the shower. Everything else was ok.

Bantu Hotel has a very friendly staff eager to please you. The rooms are nice and the hotel very quiet. The swimming-pool on the roof is small but very nice. There are also 2 jacuzzis and a sauna and hammam on-demand. The free wifi internet connexion is quite useful knowing that they usually charge you for this kind of service in Europe;

Fomos muito bem recebidos, ótima localização, quarto amplo e confortável, estrutura muito bonita e bem ao padrão da cidade histórica. Estávamos com nossa bebê de 8 meses, e providenciaram berço e no café da manhã um cadeirão de alimentação, guardaram e aqueciam a papinha. Super recomendo!

A localização é perfeita para se caminhar pela cidade antiga. A cordialidade dos funcionários é impecável. O café não está incluído na diária e não se tem a opção nem de almoçar e nem de jantar no hotel, pois somente se tem a opção de tomar drinques, sem que tenha algo para comer.

Tienen un TUCAN de mascota,amarrada y enjaulado, lo peor es que le cortaron de muy mala manera las alas, lo sacan al jardin para entretener a los turistas, es inhumano lo que hacen . Deberian reportarlo a la DEFENSORIA DE LOS AMINALES DE CARTAGENA..

El hotel es lindo, la atencion es muy buena y atenta, tiene buenos servicos, la terraza es muy agradable, mi Sra se enfermo y el hotel tiene un servicio medico sin cargo muy bueno. La habitacion era muy chica e incomoda a tal punto que no se podia abrir la puerta del guardaropa ya que chocaba con la cama,

Es un bonito hotel, cómodo y una ubicación excelente en la Ciudad Amurallada. El personal es amable y cordial. La relación costo-servicio recibido es buena y apropiada. Dada la temporada de fin de año, la zona de piscina se vuelve pequeña para albergar a todos los clientes del hotel. Por lo demás, es muy recomendable.

Su ubicación Las habitaciones son muy incómodas y el baño muy pequeño. El lavamanos se encuentra en el exterior del baño, directamente al pie de la cama y es muy reducido. La televisión es del siglo pasado.

O Hotel eh pessimo : quartos com cheiro insuportavel de mofo, cafe da manha pessimo, atendimento indelicado, ar condicionado quebrado por 2 dias.

Da localização. O café da manhã é muito ruim, incompatível com o preço do hotel. Além disso a internet wireless no meu quarto não funcionou. Pedi uma solução e não adiantou nada. Aliás, a equipe do hotel é amadora e incompetente, salvo um funcionário chamado José. E como se não bastasse, meu quarto tinha um leve, mas persistente, cheiro de mofo. Enfim, trata-se de um hotel ruim e totalmente incompatível com o preço cobrado. Decepção é a palavra que resume minha estadia.

Muy lindo el hotel y la conservacion y reconstruccion respetando el estilo e historia. Empleados muy atentos y agradables. El olor a humedad en las habitaciones. Una lástima!
