El personal es muy atento y servicial. La localización del hotel es excelente. El aire acondicionado de la habitación que se me asignó 301, esta en muy mal estado y es imposible dormir con el prendido dado el volumen del ruido que hace. aunque solicité el control remoto del televisor se me informó que estaba dañana por lo cual la habitación no contaba con esta comodidad.

the room was dark, bad smelling and unfriendly. the air condition was very noisy. I can not recommend this hotel not even to backpackers.
