Nothing. There is no way you can rate this place 5 star hotel. Maybe 2 star and I am being generous. My bedroom had poor air conditioning and the closet was literally fallling apart. Cleaness is not a priority in room 1806 I waited at their restaurant accross the hotel Pulpo Paul for about 10 minutes and nobody bothered to take my order. They were displicent and careless.

Los servicios del hotel son muy buenos, es muy cómodo y la discoteca de Piso 26 es muy buena, pasé momentos muy agradables Tuve problemas con la reserva realizada por Booking, cuando llegué al hotel no habían reservado mi habitación. Luego tuve problemas con la facturación porque me cobraron el valor de otra habitación.

Me gusto mucho el servicio y atencion de las personas de la recepcion ,especialmente La Srta Anna. room service ,tambien muy agil y muy buena calidad el ruidajo que producen los motores que estan al costado "lado" del edificio. y el olor a humedad en los corredores del piso 14

La Limpieza y desayuno. El servicio de Internet muy deficiente. No había atención para ingresar con las claves, computadores viejos y eo había impresora para imprimir reservas de pasajes.

La comida es muy buena No se introdujo la señal de despertar en la mañana a pesar de haberlo solicitado personalmente en recepción. La ducha en la habitación asignada no tenía casi agua.
