Wonderful accommodating staff and everything beautifully maintained. Spa area is very relaxing and really fantastic after a long-haul flight. We very much appreciated the free upgrade to the executive club and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff there. We will book again and thank booking.com for the excellent service you provide.

Las instalaciones nuevas. La atencion en la recepcion del hotel, fue pesima, no salio ningun boton a recibir las maletas y eso que era noche de bodas, en la porteria fuimos incomodados con la requisa, que show tan grotesco, la novia con maletas y requisada con el detector de metales, de quinta.

Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, muy bien decoradas, y cuentan con todos los serivicios que uno necesita. Se notó algo de desorden a la hora del desayuno en el restaurante el Pimiento, faltaba personal, nos demoramos más de hora y media desayunando.

La ubicacion, la limpieza del hotel. Viajo a diferentes paises y ciudades y me sorprendi que el hotel cobrara por usar el WiFi aun cuando a 3 0 4 locales esta Mcdonalds y el uso en Mcdonalds es completamente gratis. Para la calidad de hotel no le va con esta decision de management. Deberia ser gratis a los huespedes. Lo segundo es el aire acondicionado. no tiene la capacidad de mantener temperatura agradable de una manera rapida. Tambienn los colchones tienen un plastico de proteccion que al menos a mi y a mi esposa le causaba calor en la espalda. Pedi que lo quitaran pero no lo hicieron y no pude dormir comodamente.

Comfortable and well-equipped room Shuttle to/from airport The service was awful and the check-in and check-out procedures were inefficient and lacked professionalism. The staff could not explain extra charges and almost caused me to miss my flight because of inefficient dealings and not letting the shuttle to to the airport on time.
