I felt like a guest

General atmosphere, excellent restaurant on top floor, comfortable rooms with choice of carpet or hardwood floor excellent business centre with friendly and helpful staff, large Bathtub.

I was very disappointed again with the gym facility. They only have few dumbells, light weight, a universal machine very outdated and very cramped space. Needs lots of improvement.

Staff was number one. Spectacular Breakfast!!! Soft bed. Is a very good option when prices are reasonable.

tv size small for the distance between bed and the tv. Dinner gourmet stile. Tooo expensive. Stay away from that place

Everything was good service very very good n nice and fast

The only thing was that the ac unit is on top of the bed but once you I get usted to that its all gravy from there

I want to thank all the staff for their kindness and excellent service. Unfortunately I stayed only one night but next time I will stay a lot longer and will recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues from my work. Once again many thanks for all

The breakfast buffet

I love that hotel specially for the gym but I might arrival let me know that the gym will be closed till 17 January Then I asked for the safe key after an hour of waiting in my room I had to go downstairs and pick it up,

Rooms were clean and modern, 24 hour room service but the food is average. Has a small spare with steam room,sauna and hot tub, massage available and good gym. Has a nice lounge bar and the staff are very friendly and helpd with any needs. I stayed hear about 10 days in total.

Room service food was average, hard to get a massage appointment for two people if you don't book very early in the morning. No swimming pool

Staff was excellent and helpful for everything. We found nothing they would not do to make our stay the most pleasent. We had a lot of trouble with our rental car company, whick we booked on-line prior to our trip, and the Front Office Manager spent considerable time translating for us and even offered to do the leg work to find another company of better value and service if we wanted them to. Our special thanks to the Manager Carlos Escobar. The breakfast was included and excellent and the wait staff most helpful.

The location of the hotel is not near any of the restaurant districts, so we had to take a cab everywhere. Cabs at the hotel are inexpensive and of great quality tho.

Central location for doing business in different parts of the city. Reasonable.

Rooms facing busy highway are very noisy. Air conditioners are old. Though not usually needed, they are VERY noisy.

Helpful staff, with whom I could speak. Excellent breakfast selection. Excellent bed in a clean room.

The exercise area needs to be enlarged and updated.

The staff at this hotel was very pleasant and accomodating. Absolutely professional. Everything was pricey but considering all...the value was there.

The floor and furnishings in La Macuira need to be updated. Cheaper plastic chairs on a rough floor and a 50,000 meal do not work good together.

Excellent service and location. Very comfortable rooms and internet service.

Old fashion security boxes and bad attention on parking lot

The location isn't the most convenient to getting downtown. However, there is a Transmilenio stop about 4 or 5 blocks away. La localisation n'est pas la meilleure pour se rendre en centre-ville. Néanmois, il y a une station de TransMilenio à 4 ou 5 rues de distance. La localización no es la mejor para llegar al centro. Sin embargo, hay una parada de TransMilenio a 4 ó 5 calles de distancia. A localização não é a melhor para chegar ao centro. Portanto, há uma estação de TransMilenio a 4 ou 5 quateirões dali.

Very clean. Staff was efficient. Safe, cumfortable feeling. Internet was good. Rooms were large and nicely appointed. Excellent variety of food and drinks. Hotel taxis at the door anytime you needed them, at a competative cost. For South America, pretty well a world class establishment.

El precio de la reserva hecha del 17 de abril no corrrespondio a la que me cobraron aun sumando los impuestos Se aumento en cien mil pesos.Me senti atracado y asi lo manifeste mostrando la reserva en el correo

es un hotel con mucha vida y con un restaurante excelente en el piso 11. Es un gran hotel

Impresionante el servicio y el trato. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y no se diga de la cama, impresionante. El desayuno bufet es muy bueno, variando y delicioso. Felicito personalmente a la chica Bibiana quien nos dio un trato de reyes.

Deberían mejorar el sistema de aire acondicionado. Un poquitito ruidoso y viejo. Pero pasa desapercibido con el excelente trato y servicio del hotel.

Ofrecen servicio de SPA Gratis, reservas la tina de hidromasaje y simplemente no lo respetan. El agua caliente por razones que solo el hotel conoce la quitan a las 22:00 hrs.

Profesionalidad y buen trato

O profissionalismo e o atendimento sempre gentil de todos os funcionrários, que sempre nos atendiam com um sorriso e prontamente. Segurança exemplar. Acomodações excelentes, tudo funcinando perfeitamente. A distância dos pontos turisticos só é problemas nos primeiros dois dias.
