It was all that was available. Staff were friendly and tried to help. We had a great time at the Mardis Gras - battle of the flowers parade. Good wifi. Ok breakfast. No one spoke English. Noise from street and air conditioners ....etc Hotel was three times the cost of what it should have been, so we only stayed two nights.

We liked the staff. Everyone was very helpfull. Watch out for the doorman. He is also very helpful but you need to bend him to your needs and not what he has an interest in. We wanted some help finding a way to Santa Marta and he talked us into taking a van that promised to take us from door to door. It cost twice as much as the fairly comfortable bus (Berlina) but was not as comfortable and the driver was not very "charming". Would never recommend that to anyone.He's very charming. The location is good if you want to be in the Prado area. Take the elevator up to the rooftop to get a view of the city .

Excelente atención de su personal, muy comprometidos con la satisfacción del cliente. La ubicación del hotel es insuperable..... Instalaciones con algunos añitos encima. La piscina, aunque no hice uso de ella, podría estar un poco mas limpia...

La habitacion esta bien, es amplia, buena cama, agua caliente en el baño. El restaurante tiene poca variedad y de lo que estaba en la carta la mitad no habia.

Me gusto mucho su ubicacion. Barrio moderno, tranquilo y cerca de los lugares turisticos. El personal muy amable y atento, respondiendo a todas nuestras consultas de lugares de interes y como llegar. Incluso tiene agua caliente para ducharse, lo que no es usual en la costa. La piscina amanecio muy sucia, lo que no es agradable cuando se toma el desayuno.

Ubicacion Todo el personal de hotel es muy amable y servicial, a excepcion de una mujer de color que tiene una muy mala actitud y cero de servicio al cliente, anda peleando con sus demas compañeros y eso da mal aspecto al hotel, si yo fuera el dueño de este hotel este personaje hace rato habria salido. Deben mejorar mucho mas el tema de la tarifa saliendo del hotel esta Sra. nos termino por cobrar mas de lo concretado por booking, hay formas de decir las cosas y ella no lo supo decir. De resto los demas aspectos, el balance entre confort y precio es aceptable y los demas empleados del hotel son muy queridos.

Su ubicación y trato del personal, muy bueno, además tenía buen aseo Lo vetusto del hotel, su aspecto de nota que no le hacen mantenimiento de sostenimiento a la planta física hace muchos años, pero todo funciona bien

Muy buen servicio. El personal es en general muy atento. A las instalaciones les falta mantenimiento. Los inodoros tanto de la habitación como de las áreas comunes no desalojan bien. Estan terribles. Requieren mantenimiento urgente!

O preço é bom e as instalações são razoáveis. Não é um hotel que ofereça muito conforto, mas é satisfatório e bastante econômico. O quarto tem ar-condicionado, água quente (o que pode ser uma raridade na região) e geladeira e os preços dos produtos do hotel são bons. Conta também com restaurante e piscina. O café, servido no quarto, é razoável. Dentro do que eu espero de um hotel econômico e simples, não apontaria nenhum aspecto negativo.

Great location for the Carnaval. Staff was very helpful and cheerful. Pool was a refreshment for the hot tropical days! Breakfast could have been more divers for the price paying. Though it was Carnaval so probably more expensive compared to the rest of the year.
