The bed was uncomfortable, the rooms and bathrooms were tiny. Right next to a discoteca so it was very loud. Felt unsafe in the area.

It was in a quiet location and when you want to sleep you don't want lots of road noise and Alma was in a quiet street. Not enough lighting in corridors or rooms.

The staff was extremely helpful and spoke enough english to be able to communicate well. I also appreciated the 24hr staffing and the location of the property was perfect for my needs. The bathrooms were modern with great water pressure and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was simple, but the service was excellent and the dining area's offered a number of choices...inside by the fireplace or outside in the garden. The noise on the street was a problem when I stayed in the larger suite upstairs facing the front of the hotel. The staff moved me when I returned the next weekend and I found my room to be quiet but much smaller. There was no lighting in the courtyard on my second stay which made is difficult to find my way at night.

Staff disponibilissimo. Ottima atmosfera, con camera e stanze comuni ben arredate, la villa è veramente bella come da foto. Wi-fi ed Internet sempre funzionante. Asciugacapelli a parete nel bagno. Bagno ampio. Camera luminosa. Al mattino, causa la viabilità e causa le finestre antiche, si sente molto rumore. Tende più oscuranti sarebbero meglio per un sonno migliore.

Un hotel módico ni lejos ni cerca de los sitios de interés, habitación espaciosa, baño grande y limpio, instalaciones acogedoras y servicio del hotel agradable. Wifi gratis. En general es una buena opción para dormir sin tener que desembolsar un mayor presupuesto y en taxi se llega rapido a la zona de negocios y restaurantes. Olvidaron reponer la ropa de baño y tuvimos que avisar por la mañana para que nos las trajeran. El desayuno te lo sirven en la mesa y es algo escaso. Al hacer el checkout me lleve una sorpresa en la factura por el IVA y suplementos que no tenía previstos. Las botellas de agua y bebidas en la nevera son excesivamente costosas.

Un lugar muy bonito, comodo, muy bien decorado, limpio y lo mejor con un trato que te hacen sentir muy bien. Felicitaciones ya tocaba un hotel asi en Bogota donde se preocupen por uno sin importarle su tendencia sexual. Absolutamente nada todo fue de mi agrado.

Habitacion: alfombra manchada y màs bien sucio. Wc funciona solo al segundo toque. Una lampara de noche no funciona, otra defectuosa. Desayuno: seleccion muy limitada

The bedroom was a fair size but cold. I was provided with a very small heater which did not emit much heat as it kept turning itself off. Breakfast was very poor indeed - diluted orange juice, awful bread and tasteless fruit salad, and to complement the said, warm and dreadful Colombian coffee. I was expecting wonderful Colombian coffee that I am used to. Hotel should have a buffet breakfast to cater for all tastes. At the the room prices charged, they should offer quality. I have a suspicion that the hotel is budgeting at the residents´ expense.

La habitación es excelente. El baño es de lujo, fue lo que mas me gustó: cómodo, agradable... El desayuno. Creo que deben ampliar la oferta (variedad), aunque lo que tienen y ofrecen es muy bueno

El personal de la recepción es muy amable y eficiente, siempre están atentos a resolver cualquier inquietud y solicitud. El desayuno realmente no es bueno. Falta mejorar más en cuanto al servicio, a veces pareciera que están improvisando. Por lo visto las instalaciones antes las tenia un hotel de más categoría, razón por la cual las habitaciones son bastante cómodas. Sin embargo, no lo recomendaría francamente para pasar mas de una noche, se nota que quienes tienen a cargo el hotel en este momento les falta mejorar bastante y tener mas idea acerca del tipo de negocio que están manejando.
