It was in an excellent location! It was a bed and breakfast/ hostel more than a hotel. Therefore the price is way too high!

Rooms were clean and modern We had an ok stay. The design of the shower/tub was terrible... Dangerous to get in and out of tub & the showerhead was too short to comfortably shower... We had to stand right up against the wall to reach the water. Hotel staff resolved the issue by installing a longer rod that the showerhead attached to but by doing this there was 0 water pressure. The hotel staff was friendly, but nothing special. Breakfast schedule was a joke, if you arrived 1 hr or 30 minutes before it ended, they literally told us, sorry there is no more arepa, or fruit or egg etc... So in other words it was first come first serve.. If someone got there at 8 am and at 4 plates, then the person at 9:30 am got nothing. Poor planning on behalf of the hotel. If breakfast ends at 10 am have enough food to feed entire occupancy until 10 am. Location was good and rooms were small but nice modern design and clean!

La atención, el desayuno y la ubicación Precio elevado para el tamaño de las habitaciones y la oferta de servicios. No tiene piscina no tiene gimnasio. La ducha esta dentro de una tina y su acceso es incomodo. Mas que un hotel es un bed&breakfast

La ubicacion del hotel es excelente todo esta cerca y el personal es atento y mas los botones El desayuno no es de tan extensivo y varias veces se les acabo varias cosas ...

Las habitacione muy aseadas. Al mismo precio nos dieron una habitacion con cama de ancho. 2 mtrs y otra mas chica y con cama de 1,4 de ancho y sin mueble para colocar maletas.

En general fue una buena experiencia , buen servicio , habitación cómoda y tranquila, buenas alternativas para el desayuno , instalaciones bonitas, mejoraría el mobiliario de las habitaciones a algo mas moderno. Excelente ubicación El personal del Hotel muy atentos y amigables. Las habitacion en la que estuve fue pequeña y austera, pero cuenta con la comodidad indispensable para pasar una noche. Estában remodelando el Lobby, por lo que hay mucho polvo en el lobby.

Me gusto el hotel en general, su organización, el trato de los empleados del hotel, la comida, mi habitación muy agradable , los baños muy higiénicos . Definitivamente lo q no me gusto fue el parqueadero, muy pequeño, estrecho y además la rampa es muy inclinada lo que hacia aun mas difícil el ingreso del vehículo. Una situacion particular, fué que estando en el hotel iniciaron adecuación de la habitación del lado, y lamentablemente todos los sonidos se escuchaban en mi habitación irrumpiendo el silencio y dañando la armonía, aunque cuando llamé a recepción de inmediato volvió el silencio, pero tristemente el sueńo ya de me había espantado
