Wi-fi: although all rooms are advertised as having wi-fi, please note that only the ones on the ground floor have it. Make sure you get one such room if you need wi-fi. That said, the connection is weak and unstable in room 111.
Fan: please make sure you get a working standing fan (mine was broken and they didn't replace it), otherwise it can get quite hot and stuffed at times. The roof fan is certainly not enough for Medellin's high temperatures.
There was a glass shelf behind the wc which was sligthly tilted, I sat on the toilet, one of the glasses slipped from the shelf and broke. They tried to make me pay for ir at check out, which I found sad, when considering on one occasion there was not hot water, I informed the staff, they realised the boiler had run out of gas, they filled it and it took around an hour to get hot water back in the whole hotel. Fine, anything can happen, I didn't make a big fuss, why did they have to make a a big fuss about a broken cheap glass.
Breakfast: fresh fruit, fresh juice and eggs a la carte with bread or "arepa".
The hotel seems quite new and stylish.
