The staff at the hotel. They were fantastic. The were extraordinatily nice and helpful. Went at of their way to make us feel comfortable and happy. The hotel was small and beautiful. Very nice and charming. The staff help us organize our tours with reliable people. We LOVED it!

This boutique hotel was very cute & charming, and in a good location. The staff were really helpful too. Loved that they offered L'Occitane toiletries, and had Apple TV.

We stayed here one night for out honeymoon - The staff was fantastic - The hotel itself is wonderful - Smart design, with real thought behind everything - I would definitely comeback again the next time I am in Santa Marta

The Isabella is fabulous! Extremely comfortable, the best sleep we had while in Colombia. The staff in a word are wonderful, You must stay here!

The staff were unbelievably friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The staff was great and very helpful with anything we needed and giving recommendations. My friend and I got food poisoning (not from Isabella) and the staff seemed geniuinely concerned and called our room to check on us and brought up some medicine. It was very clean, luxurious by South American standards. Breakfast was amazing. Located close to good restaurants and bars.

We wished it was closer to the good beaches as its nearby the port and not an area you'd really want to swim.

The pool was not very clean and sometimes it was closed.

Friendly staff and a comfortable room in a great courtyard setting and conversion of an old house in the centre of Santa Marta. A very reasonable price.

The staff was EXTREMELY nice and they lend guests iPads upon request...huge perk when traveling...also the hotel had apple entertainment also a huge perk. This was our 2 year anniversary vacation and my boyfriend proposed to me here so Casa de Isabella will definitely hold a special place in my heart for me.

Beautiful hotel! Relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!! The room was exquisite as well. We loved the amenities including the free movies, cable, free phone calls to the US, location, atmosphere & breakfast. We had a wonderful stay. Will surely recommend.

I had an excellent stay at this little hotel I found on the coast. Staff spoke perfect English which saved me as I speak no Spanish. They were so helpful almost to the point of making me feel guilty for the attention. I stayed in the suite which was beautiful and for the price probably the best value in the world. I even had a private terrace with a pool. I had read a review before picking the suite which said that their Jacuzzi was filled with water from the previous guests. I was a bit nervous but quickly realized they are small pools not Jacuzzis with pumps and chlorine so thankfully I booked the room as it made my evenings perfect and as I said best value. The owners also have a private villa (Villa Maria I think is the name) near Tayrona which I wanted to try as the pictures looked amazing but the cost to change my flight was too expensive. Next time I plan to spend a day there as well. They should advertise this better as I only knew of it from being at hotel.

I loved everything in this place. The place is lovely, the rooms are really nice, the personal is fantastic, the breakfast is excellent! The hotel is amazing. I warmely recomend it

Rooms are big, tasteful and well appointed. The staff is very professional and helpful. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The hotel is elegant and the small pool very enjoyable. Hotel Casa Isabella has charm and character and we would not hesitate one second to go back.

Breakfast is disappointing and served in a very inefficient and awkward manner. You have to select your breakfast menu the night before and say at what time you will have breakfast ( until 10 am but it is flexible). It takes for ever to get coffee and the food is very mediocre: overcooked eggs, cornflakes for cereal, very heavy pancakes.... Such a breakfast is dissonent with the qality of everything else in the hotel but the owners assured us they would correct it.

this is a beautiful little place in a great, quiet but close to everything spot in Santa Marta. Free wifi, movies, and breakfast bring the price down a bit and the overall comfort and security is worth a bit more too. My husband and I are on our honeymoon. I'd stay at Casa Isabella again in a heartbeat.

Really surprised us with how nice it actually was. I think it'll be difficult to find anything similar in Santa Marta! Super friendly staff, lovely breakfast (choice of 4 menus served on the lovely roof terrace), great amenities and the hard drive with all the english movies is a very nice touch. If i ever go back to SM, I'll definitely stay here again. Good value too!

None, except maybe mention that the toothbrush and razor cost money as there is no instruction and generally you expect items like that to be for free.

Exzellent Service, Beautiful Rooms, good breakfast

My wife and I never stayed in a so-called boutique accommodation before, but usually in Hilton-type hotels (which stands for ‘consistent mediocrity’). However, in order to celebrate our 40 th. wedding anniversary we decided to do something different. And we were very pleasantly surprised. A great experience in every sense. (A small detail of excellent and unsollicited service: one of your wonderful staff members offered to take a couple of towels with us, when we told her we were planning a day-tour to Taganga.)
