Good location, pleasant staff. Organising airport transfers was excellent.

Noise from the pool pump (roof) caused us to move from room 803 (directly below pool) to 6th floor...we could even hear the pool on ground floor. Beds were just a bit too firm

The staff here are wonderful. Great location, in a super fun exciting city to visit. It is worth going to Bogota for three reasons, the views, the people and the food. It appears that the best kept secret on the planet is that the people of Bogota are the nicest people in the world !!! Definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend it.

The location is perfect. The hotel is very chic. The personnel is very friendy and courteous. Nice rooms. Good breakfast. Free bicycles to ride around.

The bread (breakfast) should be fresch

Staff is excellent. Ready to help, they remind me of four seasons Maui, they don't know the word NO. Everything can be done. Breakfast included, good selection, waiters eager to help and service, had not had that feeling in a hotel for a while.. They see you coming from the street and they run to open the doors for you. They learn your name. Restaurant is good enough to eat several times. Taxi services from hotel very convenient, safe and drivers very helpful and cordial..

Noise. Unfortunaly you can here the person above you walking on the wood floors. The room next to you if they are a touch loud, and the street noise and cars if you get a room on the west side as we did, even we were in the 5th floor out of 8 you could hear enough car noise to be bother.. Pool and terrace in last floor are nice. Good place for relaxation and views of city.

attention/ inspection / maintenance of small items: - clock could not be set on time - a lamp/light click on switch did not work, - balance for weight measuring was not working

rooms and location

no breakfast early enough, should have been from 6 am but they started preparing at 6.00 so finally 6.25 a full breakfast. In the US you can get a breakfast ''to go'', this would be perfect for this hotel.

The design of the hotel and the spacious and well appointed rooms. The room was also very comfortable and the location beside Parque del, Rey adds to the ambience of the hotel. The hospitality of the hotel staff. The reasonable rates. The location is also excellent and gave us easy access to our business meetings, shopping areas, and restaurants. I also felt quite secured in the hotel.

The hotel should consider putting variety in the breakfast. I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and had to eat the same breakfast everyday.

Tuve un inconveniente por que olvide mis botas en el closet de la habitacion y nunca aparecieron. llame casi tres horas despues de salir del hotel y me informaron que no las habian encontrado, y me parece que para un hotel de esa categoria no deberia ser asi.

Seit 2010 gehe ich jedes mal ins Cite Hotel. Herrvoragende Bedienung. Die Lage ist ideal. Ich bin eine treue Kundin geworden. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Varias veces he sugerido que coloquen más ganchos en el closet, son pocos para dos personas y que le pongan una puerta a la nevera del minibar ya que cuando arranca el compresor en la noche se oye fuerte.

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado en una esquina del parque del Virrey y cercano a comercios y buenos restaurantes. La atención del personal del hotel muy cordial y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier problema. Cuenta además con un servicio de taxis propios con precios fijos (sin sorpresas), según recorrido, pero algo caros. La piscina temperada un verdadero agrado, se ubica en la azotea del hotel con una linda vista.

La nevera de la habitación muy ruidosa, hubo que desconectarla. La cama inconfortable.

La ubicacion

Poca dedicacion en la atencion del personal. Poco atentos, siempre faltaba algo, no reponiana amenities, toallas, etc. No volveria.

Sehr freundliches Personal, fantastische Ausstattung. Bin viel gereist, aber sie konnten selbst mich überraschen, z. B. mit einem Wärmflaschen-Service.

Manche Preise etwas überteuert. Eine Reiseversicherung, die das Hotel abschliesst. Man kann sie zwar annulieren, aber das Hotel versucht zuerst, sie in den Preis einzuschliessen.
