I liked all.

Excellent location and very friendly staff, always ready to help and provide tips and suggestions of where to visit, where to eat. Breakfast was ok. Rooms are very clean, large and tidy

Temperature was very cold, both in the rooms and breakfast room where windows are always open and we feel at outside temperature. Would like it to have been warmer to become cosier. Room was a bit strange in terms of layout: too large, cold, not so cosy, bed not very confortable. Bed is a bit lost in the middle of the room.

Staff was helpful with local information and providing transportation...and they spoke English.

Clean, spacious rooms at a reasonable price.

Hot water was at best warm, at worst, cold.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS Hotel. Never had a more unfriendly staff in any other hotel I booked through booking.com. Talking to the "manager" (if he was the manager) also resulted in no response ("I'll come back to you..." never...). Wanted to use the sauna (the reason I booked this hotel after the hikes at machu pichu) - but event though it was heated and not used by anyone I couldn't use it. The closed the door in front of me! (at 8pm) (and this in a very unfriendly manner!) There are plenty of other hotels in that price class - choose one of them...

Perfect Rooms, great location

The room was cold and there were no proper curtains.

Central location, near museums and the monserrate cable cart.

The room was poorly furnished and its internal architecture was far from cozy and functional, including the bed which was uncomfortable. Breakfast poor, not served on time. Hotel taxis are 200 percent more expensive than the usual. It caused me quite an aggravation that while the staff said that their taxis, being new and big may charge 15% more than others, a trip for which I paid less than 10,000 pesos the day before with a radio taxi costed with the hotel's taxi 30,000 pesos. I will not return to this hotel.

The stuff is very friendly and the rooms are new.

Hotel is located in a very noisy avenue. If you stay there ask for a quiet room. The restaurant room is not professional. I got sick from a grilled fish I had there - an infection!!! During a holiday the kitchen was closed because the cooker wasn`t there. They say there is a gym. There isnt. Nothing there works...

Localização perfeita. Instalações da suite muito boas.

Café da manhã: além de muito pobre, desorganizado, sem reposição de coisas básicas e com um recinto super pequeno o que não garante que quando voce chegar vai poder tomar seu café (se ainda tiver).

Localização, espaço e conforto.

- Funcionários não confiáveis; - Taxi não pára na porta, o que nos deixa inseguros para chegar tarde, além de ser ruim para carregar malas; - Café da manhã pobre; - Não recomendo o Hotel a ninguém, principalmente pelo fato dos funcionários não serem confiáveis. Fomos lesados em vários momentos.

En general el hotel bueno muy limpio excelente trato del personal,el restaurante bueno. Muy agradable,lo pasamos muy bien.

Atendimento polido e sempre gentis

Falta de sistema de aquecimento na suite. A janela atras da cortina estava aberta e a temperatura a noite foi de 4 graus. Congelamos, mesmo debaixo do edredon.

La habitacion espaciosa y comoda y como pedi interna, no muy ruidosa. Muy buen detalle el rpoveer con ear plugs!

El desayuno no fue siempre una buena experiencia, Cuanod muy concurrido no habia espacio ni comida.. El cafe es muy importante y pense que en la capital del cafe servirian un cafe execelente.. - El cafe estaba frio y trataron de calentarlo en el microondas ! Sugeriria un curso de baristeria para hacer brillar el producto nacional que destaca a los Colobianos - el Cafe - en Londres amamos al cafe colombiano y se prepara con mucho cuidado, como un vino de primera calidad

Na chegada ao Hotel, este não possuía em seu sistema a reserva feita via Boocking. Na saída, cobrança indevida de diferença de tarifa, cobrada já integralmente por ocasião da entrada no hotel, sendo que o pagamento adicional exigido (e afinal não pago) era diferente da tarifa fixada na reserva pelo Boocking.

La falta de información en cuanto al pago y resolver la hora del pago del hotel debió ser inmediata y no esperar la salida para resolver el pago

lo que mas me gusto fue la atención y la calidad del personal que labora en el hotel, brinda un buen confort y mantienen una excelente educación, ademas del lugar que por su ubicación tienes la oportunidad de conocer los mejores lugares de la ciudad.
